(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천대학교가 27일, HUSS 포용사회 컨소시엄이 청년 창업을 통해 포용사회 가치를 확산하기 위한 ‘문화중개자 창업 네트워크’를 공식 출범했다고 밝혔다. 

인천대에 따르면, 출범식은 지난 26일 인천대학교 HUSS 포용사회 사업단 주관으로 오라카이 송도파크호텔에서 개최됐다.

이날 행사에는 인천테크노파크 디지털벤처창업사업단, 인천관광기업지원센터, 인천창조경제혁신센터, 인천시 사회적경제지원센터 등 지역 창업지원기관을 비롯해 한국사회적기업진흥원, 서울창조경제혁신센터, 꿈꾸는사람들 등이 참여했다. 

또 인천대학교 창업지원단, 한경국립대학교, 대구대학교, 상지대학교 등 수도권·경북·강원권 주요 대학의 창업지원단이 함께해 총 11개 기관이 협력 기반을 마련했다.

이번 네트워크는 HUSS 포용사회 컨소시엄에서 양성된 청년 인재들이 사회적 기업을 포함한 다양한 방식의 창업으로 진출할 때, 지역 창업 생태계와 보다 긴밀하게 연계될 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 구성됐다. 

참여 대학과 지역 창업지원기관은 공동사업 발굴, 창업자원 공유 등을 통해 지속적이고 실질적인 협력 체계를 구축할 계획이다.

출범식에서는 HUSS 포용사회 사업단이 지향하는 청년 창업 방향이 공유됐으며, 기관별 대표 창업 프로그램이 소개되어 상호 보완적 협력 가능성에 대한 논의가 이뤄졌다. 

이어 자원 공유, 프로그램 연계, 공동 프로젝트 추진 등 구체적인 협력 방안에 대한 토론도 진행됐다.

옥우석 HUSS 포용사회 컨소시엄 총괄 단장은 “문화와 기술, 산업과 지역, 사람과 사람을 잇는 창업 생태계를 통해 지역의 우수 인재들이 문화중개자로 성장하고 포용사회 이념 확산의 선도자가 될 수 있도록 지원할 것”이라며, “단순한 창업 지원을 넘어 누구나 참여할 수 있는 포용적 혁신 창업 환경을 조성하는 것이 목표”라고 밝혔다.

한편, 같은 날 ‘HUSS 포용사회 지산학 인재양성협의회 컨퍼런스’도 함께 개최됐다. 

인천대학교와 대구대학교가 지·산·학 연계 인재양성 협력 모델을 발표했으며, 포용사회 가치 실현을 위한 지·산·학 협력 방향을 주제로 심도 있는 논의가 이어졌다.

HUSS 포용사회 컨소시엄은 인천대학교를 비롯해 서강대학교, 대구대학교, 상지대학교, 국립부경대학교가 함께하는 협력체로, 한국연구재단이 주관하는 인문사회융합인재양성(HUSS) 사업 ‘포용사회’ 분야에 선정돼 2025년 7월부터 본격적인 활동을 전개하고 있다.

또한, 인천대학교 평생교육원 K-컬처센터가 오는 12월부터 시민들이 글로벌 감수성·문화 다양성·디지털 창작 역량을 실험적으로 경험할 수 있는 신규 프로그램‘세계시민으로서의 감수성 실험실’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

인천대에 따르면, 이번 강좌는 비주얼 사운드 랩: VJ 퍼포먼스 입문, AI 사운드 메이커, 대한민국 농인의 모국어, 한국수어 와 일상 속 과학 이야기 등 총 4개 섹션으로 구성된다.

 예술·과학·기술을 융합하여 다양한 문화 요소를 시민교육의 영역으로 확장한 것이 특징이다. 

참가자들은 새로운 창작 방식과 소통 방식을 직접 경험하며 변화하는 문화 환경 속에서 필요한 감각적·기술적 역량을 자연스럽게 익힐 수 있다.
