(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천삼산경찰서가 5일, 부평 문화의 거리에서 한국교통안전공단(인천본부), 부평구청, 퀵서비스협회 등 유관기관과 함께 이륜차･PM 등 두바퀴 이동수단 안전과 기초질서 확립을 위한 교통안전캠페인을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

삼산경찰서에 따르면, 이번 행사는 배달문화로 운행이 일상화된 이륜차와 최근 이용이 급증한 전동킥보드 등 개인형 이동장치 운전자의 무사GO! 안전운행을 유도하고, 꼬리물기･끼어들기 등 5대 반칙운전 근절을 통한 교통안전 중요성을 홍보하기 위해 진행됐다. 

현장에서는 운전자가 교통법규를 자발적으로 지킬 수 있도록 착한운전 마일리지 서약서 접수를 진행했다. 

또한 교통안전퀴즈를 통해 참여자에게 야광조끼, 가슴보호대, 안전모 등 다양한 홍보물품을 배부하여 자연스럽게 교통안전 지식을 습득할 수 있도록 했다.  

아울러, 음주 체험 고글 착용 프로그램을 운영하여 음주 상태에서의 시야 제한과 균형감각 저하를 직접 체험하게 함으로써 음주운전의 위험성을 실감나게 전달하여 주민들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.
