(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천본부세관이 2일  5층 대강당에서 ‘2025년 제2회 관세청 AEO 심의위원회’ 심의를 거쳐 재공인된 11개 업체와 등급 상향된 1개 업체에 수출입안전관리우수업체(AEO) 공인증서를 수여했다고 밝혔다.

인천본부세관에 따르면, 이날 재공인된 기업은 삼성디스플레이㈜, 삼성바이오에피스㈜, 해성관세법인, 중앙합동관세사무소, ㈜공성로지스틱스, ㈜엔엔알글로발로지스틱스코리아, 퀴네앤드나겔㈜, ㈜더블유제이씨, ㈜키멕스 항공 해운, 한국공항㈜, ㈜시티플러스이며, ㈜모베이스전자는 A등급에서 AA 등급으로 상향됐다.

AEO 공인을 받은 업체는 향후 수출입물품 검사비율 축소, 관세조사의 면제, 수입신고 시 담보제공 생략 등 경영 안정에 실질적 도움이 되는 혜택과 세관 기업상담전문관(Account Manager)으로부터 AEO 사후관리 뿐만 아니라 관세행정 전반에 걸쳐 발생하는 애로사항에 대한 상담 및 지원 서비스를 받을 수 있다.

특히, 우리나라가 미국, 중국 등 주요 교역 상대국을 포함한 25개국과 체결한 상호인정약정(Mutual Recognition Arrangement)을 통해 수출업체가 상대국에서도 동일한 통관 혜택을 누릴 수 있어 우리 기업의 수출경쟁력 제고와 해외시장 개척에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

김태영 심사국장은 “새 정부 출범을 계기로 수출입 지원 제도에 대한 관심이 높아지는 가운데, 글로벌 무역환경의 지속적인 불확실성에서도 AEO 공인 취득을 위해 지속적으로 노력 해주신 업체에 깊이 감사드린다”며, “앞으로도 AEO 제도를 기반으로 우리 기업이 세계 시장에서 더욱 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 정책적ㆍ행정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”는 뜻을 전했다.

한편, AEO(Authorized Economic Operator 수출입 안전관리 우수업체)는 911 테러 이후 WCO에서 채택한 민‧관 협력제도로 미국, 일본 등 97개국이 도입, 관세청에서는 AEO에게 통관절차 및 관세행정 상 혜택을 제공하고, 상호인정약정을 통해 상대국에서도 동일한 혜택을 제공한다.

According to Incheon Main Customs, the companies that were re-certified on this day are Samsung Display Co., Ltd., Samsung Bioepis Co., Ltd., Haesung Customs Corporation, Central Joint Customs Office, Gongseong Logistics Co., Ltd., NNR Global Logistics Korea Co., Ltd., Kuehne + Nagel Co., Ltd., WJC Co., Ltd., KIMEX Aviation & Shipping Co., Ltd., Korea Airports Co., Ltd., and City Plus Co., Ltd., and Mobase Electronics Co., Ltd. was upgraded from Grade A to Grade AA.
