(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천계양소방서가 지난 23일 본서 소회의실에서 다수사상자 발생에 대비해 도상훈련키트 활용 사전훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

계양소방서에 따르면, 이번 훈련은 다수사상자 발생 시 현장에서의 신속하고 체계적인 응급대응 능력을 높이기 위해 마련됐으며, 구급대원들이 도상훈련키트를 활용해 환자 15명이 발생한 상황을 가정한 가운데 임시의료소 운영에 대한 가상훈련을 진행했다.

주요 훈련 내용은 선착대장 및 선착대 임무 수행 적정성 평가, 분류반, 처치반, 이송반 등 각 반별 임무 수행 능력 점검, 중증도 분류표 작성의 정확성 및 완결성 평가 등이다.

계양소방서 관계자는 “다수사상자 상황에서 가장 중요한 것은 빠른 판단과 조직적인 대응”이라며 “지속적인 훈련을 통해 현장 대응능력을 강화하고 시민의 생명 보호에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

또한, 계양소방서가 주택 화재 예방과 피해 저감을 위해 주택용 소방시설 설치를 홍보한다고  밝혔다.

계양소방서에 따르면, 주택용 소방시설은 단독주택(단독.다중.다가구)과 공동주택(연립.다세대)에 의무적으로 설치해야 하는 소화기와 단독경보형감지기를 말한다. 

소화기는 세대별.층별 1개 이상, 단독경보형감지기는 구획된 실마다 1개 이상 설치해야 한다.

설치 후 각 시설에 대한 점검도 필요하다. 

소화기는 압력게이지가 녹색을 가리키는지 확인하고 제조일자 기준 10년이 경과한 노후 소화기는 폐기해야 한다. 

단독경보형감지기는 작동점검 버튼을 눌러 작동 여부를 확인하면 된다.

계양소방서 관계자는 “최근 화재 현장에서 소화기를 이용한 초기 진화로 대형 화재를 막거나 단독경보형감지기의 작동으로 화재를 인지하고 대피한 사례가 지속적으로 나오고 있다”며 “주택용 소방시설을 설치해 자신뿐 아니라 주변의 소중한 사람들에게 안전과 행복을 선물하길 바란다”고 전했다.
