(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자)  인천시사회서비스원이 8일, ‘경영·품질관리 맞춤형 컨설팅’에 참여할 지역 내 사회서비스 제공기관을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

인천사서원에 따르면, 이번 모집은 전문가가 사회서비스 제공기관별로 운영 과정에서 겪는 어려움을 컨설팅하고 서비스 질 향상으로 이어질 수 있도록 지원하는 사업으로 지난 2021년부터 현재까지 운영 중이다.

모집 기간은 4월25일~5월16일이며 인천에서 사회서비스를 제공하는 기관이면 신청 가능하다. 

먼저 경영컨설팅은 노무, 세무회계, 개인정보관리, 홍보, 행정간소화 등 5개 분야다. 

노무, 세무회계, 개인정보관리 분야는 집합교육 1회, 기관별 맞춤형 컨설팅 2회로 나눠 열린다. 

집합교육은 올해 처음 시작하는 과정으로 분야별 관련 법과 컨설팅의 주요 내용 등을 설명한다. 

홍보 분야는 3회, 행정간소화는 6회에 걸쳐 진행한다.

다음으로 품질관리 맞춤형 컨설팅은 조직관리, 사업기획·평가, 사례관리, 지역사회조직화 등 4개 분야로 역시 전문가가 기관별 1:1 컨설팅을 한다. 

지역사회조직화는 민간 기관의 요청에 따라 올해 신설했다. 

조직관리는 3회로 구성하며 기관 조직 구조, 인사관리·조직문화 개선 방향, 조직관리 매뉴얼 개선 지원 등을 다룬다. 

사업기획·평가는 6회에 걸쳐 주요 사업을 점검하고 성과평가 계획, 사업계획, 결과보고 등을 연계해 살핀다. 

사례관리는 3회 진행하며 사례관리 매뉴얼, 협업·슈퍼비전 체계 등을 들여다본다. 

지역사회조직화도 3회로 나눠 지역 네트워크 구성, 협력관계를 분석하고 지역사회에서 역할을 점검한다.

Incheon Social Service Agency announced on the 8th that it is recruiting local social service providers to participate in ‘Management and Quality Management Customized Consulting’.
