(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 4월 16일 ‘제53회 보건의 날’ 기념행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 올해 보건의 날은 ‘생명을 살리는 행운의 손’을 주제로 진행되며, 4월 14일부터 20일까지를 건강주간으로 지정해 원미·소사·오정 권역별로 심폐소생술 실습을 진행할 예정이다.

이번 행사는 지역사회 보건의료 발전에 기여한 유공자들의 노고를 격려하고, 시민에게 응급처치와 심폐소생술 교육을 제공해 위급상황에 대비할 수 있는 건강 실천 기회를 마련하기 위해 마련됐다.

행사는 3부로 나누어 진행된다. 

1부에서는 보건의료 유공자에게 표창을 수여하고, 기념사와 축사를 통해 그들의 노고를 기린다. 

2부에서는 순천향대학교부속부천병원 응급의학과 김호중 교수가 심폐소생술의 핵심 원칙과 실제 적용 방법에 대해 강의한다. 

이어지는 실습에서는 시민들이 기본적인 응급처치 기술을 익히고, 위급 상황에서도 침착하게 대처할 수 있도록 돕는다.

3부에서는 시민이 직접 참여하는 ‘생명을 살리는 행운의 손’ 심폐소생술 실습 교육이 진행되며 같은 시간 중앙공원에서는 건강캠페인도 함께 열린다.

또한, 부천시보건소가 14일, 건강관리서비스 이용이 어려운 지역사회 주민을 대상으로 ‘방문건강관리사업’을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.

부천시보건소에 따르면, 이 사업은 건강 문제가 우려되는 시민을 대상으로 보건소 전문 인력이 직접 가정을 방문하거나 전화 상담을 통해 건강 형평성을 높이고 삶의 질 향상을 도모하는 데 목적이 있다.

건강관리에 취약한 지역주민을 대상으로 하며, 특히 65세 이상 노인, 기초생활수급자, 차상위 계층을 우선 지원한다. 

이 외에도 독거노인, 다문화가정, 한부모가정, 조손가정, 북한이탈주민, 중장년 고독사 위험군 등 사회적 취약계층과 만성질환자, 건강위험군, 장애인도 포함된다. 단, 노인장기요양보험 등급 판정을 받은 1~5등급 대상자는 지원 대상에서 제외된다.

보건소의 보건의료 전문 인력인 간호사가 방문 또는 전화 상담을 통해 건강문제 스크리닝, 만성질환 예방과 관리 교육, 개인별 건강관리 계획 수립 및 모니터링 등의 서비스를 제공하며, 필요시 보건소 내·외 자원과도 연계해 지원한다.
