(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 8일 제12대 인천교통공사 사장에 최정규 전 서구 부구청장을 임명했다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 이번 임명된 신임 최정규 사장은 1989년 기술고시에 합격한 이후, 인천시 인재개발원, 인천지하철건설본부 건축과장, 경제자유구역청 영종청라사업본부장과 송도사업본부장, 인천시 의회사무처장, 서구 부구청장 등 주요 보직을 두루 거치며 풍부한 경험을 쌓아왔다. 

특히, 1995년 인천 도시철도 1호선 건설 당시 실무를 맡았던 경험은 인천교통공사 경영에 큰 자산이 될 것으로 기대된다.
