(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 한국농수산식품유통공사(이하 aT)가 지난 25일, 서울 LW컨벤션센터에서 공공급식통합플랫폼을 사용 예정인 공군부대 영양관리와 계약 담당자를 대상으로 ‘공공급식통합플랫폼 사용자 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

aT에 따르면, 공공급식통합플랫폼은 급식 식재료가 공정하고 효율적으로 공급될 수 있도록 2022년 9월 확대 개설된 급식 전문 전자조달시스템으로, 현재 학교, 유치원, 어린이집은 물론 4개 공군부대를 포함한 13개 군부대가 플랫폼을 활용하고 있다.

특히 공군의 플랫폼 사용이 점차 확대됨에 따라 비정기적으로 진행되던 사용자 교육을 연 4회로 정례화해, 급식 담당자의 식재료 조달시스템의 활용역량을 체계적으로 높일 계획이다.

이번 교육에서는 부대의 영양관리와 계약 담당자들이 플랫폼의 각종 기능을 활용해 장병 선호도를 반영한 식단편성, 인원수에 따른 식재료 소요량 계산, 조리법의 등록·활용 방법, 급식계획 수립 단계에서부터 입찰, 검수, 결산 등 전자조달 전 과정에 필요한 사용 방법을 배우게 된다.
