(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천북부교육지원청이 12일, 3월 학생 살핌 주간을 맞아 관내 초·중학교 300학급을 대상으로 ‘2025 북부교육지원청 학생 살핌 주간 딥페이크 및 디지털 성범죄 예방 교육’을 지원한다고 밝혔다.

북부교육지원청에 따르면, AI 기술 발전에 따른 학생 간 디지털 성폭력 발생에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 마련된 이번 교육은 딥페이크를 비롯한 다양한 디지털 성폭력 유형의 개념, 위험성, 대응 방법 등을 학급별 맞춤형으로 제공한다.

북부교육지원청 관계자는 “디지털 성범죄 피해 연령대가 낮아지는 추세에 맞춰 전 학년 대상 예방 교육을 실시하고, 학생들이 안전하고 건강한 디지털 문화를 형성하도록 지속해서 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

또한, 인천북부교육지원청이 지난 11일 ‘2025학년도 인천광역시북부교육지원청영재교육원 입학(개강)식’을 개최하고, 122명의 중학생 영재들의 새로운 출발을 알렸다고 밝혔다.

북부교육지원청에 따르면, 북부영재교육원은 중학교 1, 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 수학, 과학, 발명 분야의 교과 학습과 창의적 체험활동을 제공하며, 학년별 80시간의 교육과정을 운영한다. 

특히, 학생들은 매년 주제별 프로젝트 학습을 수행하고, 창의 산출물을 제작하여 발표하는 기회를 갖는다.

이날 입학(개강)식은 신입생과 재학생, 지도교사 등이 참석한 가운데, 과학 & 리더십 특강, 교육과정 안내 및 안전교육, 과학탐험가 문경수 강사의 ‘과학 & 리더십’특별 강연 순으로 진행됐다. 

북부교육지원청 관계자는 “북부영재교육원이 학생들의 창의적 사고와 문제 해결 능력을 키우는 공간이 되길 바라며, 미래 사회를 이끌어갈 인재 양성에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Incheon Northern Office of Education announced on the 12th that it will support '2025 Northern Office of Education Student Care Week Deepfake and Digital Sexual Crime Prevention Education' for 300 elementary and middle school classes in the district in celebration of the March Student Care Week.

According to the Northern Office of Education, this education, which was prepared to proactively respond to digital sexual violence among students due to the advancement of AI technology, provides customized education for each class on the concepts, risks, and response methods of various types of digital sexual violence, including deepfake.

An official from the Northern Education Office said, “In line with the trend of lowering the age of digital sex crime victims, we will conduct preventive education for all grades and continue to support students to form a safe and healthy digital culture.”

In addition, the Incheon Northern Education Office announced that it held the ‘2025 Incheon Metropolitan City Northern Education Office Gifted Education Center Entrance (Opening) Ceremony’ on the 11th and announced the new start of 122 gifted middle school students.

According to the Northern Education Office, the Northern Gifted Education Center provides subject learning and creative experiential activities in the fields of mathematics, science, and invention for first and second year middle school students, and operates an 80-hour curriculum per grade.

In particular, students have the opportunity to perform project learning by theme every year and produce and present creative outputs.

The entrance (opening) ceremony on this day was attended by new and current students, instructors, etc., and consisted of a special lecture on science and leadership, curriculum introduction and safety education, and a special lecture on ‘Science & Leadership’ by science explorer instructor Moon Kyung-soo.
