(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 오는 28일까지 ‘2025 인천 청년도약기지’사업의 3기 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 올해로 운영 3년 차를 맞는 ‘인천 청년도약기지’사업은 취업 준비 청년들이 실무 경험을 쌓도록 돕고, 지역 내 우수·유망 기업 등과의 연계를 통해 청년들의 원활한 취업을 지원하는 프로그램이다. 

프로그램에 참여하는 청년에게는 3개월간 직무교육 및 유망 기업에서의 인턴십(3개월) 기회를 제공하며, 기업에는 준비된 인재 채용 기회와 함께 3개월간 인건비(월 243만 원)를 지원한다. 

인천시에 주민등록이 되어 있는 18~39세 청년 구직자면 누구나 3월 12일부터 28일까지 인천청년포털 인천유스톡톡을 통해 신청할 수 있으며, 시는 1차 서류 심사와 2차 면접 심사를 거쳐 최종 120명을 선발할 방침이다.

직무교육은 경영일반, 인공지능(AI) 활용 영상편집 & 2D 그래픽 제작, 생산·품질관리, 인공지능(AI)기반 데이터 분석 및 시각화 등 총 6개 과정으로 4월부터 3개월간 운영되며, 과목당 20명씩 선발한다. 

각 과정은 분야별 전문 교육기관이 운영하며 실무 중심의 교육을 통해 청년들의 직무 역량 강화를 목표로 하며, 교육 이수 후에는 기업과의 인턴 매칭을 통해 9월부터 3개월간 인턴십 과정(주 40시간 근무·급여 243만 원)에 참여한다.

특히, 올해는 인천 지역 산업 특성을 반영해 ‘생산·품질관리’와 ‘데이터 분석 및 시각화’ 과정이 새롭게 추가됐다. 

신설된 교육과정은 기업에서 수요가 높은 직무 분야로 바이오, 로봇, 인공지능(AI), 항공 등 미래 핵심 산업의 우수·유망 기업과의 인턴십 연계를 강화해 보다 효과적인 취업 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

한편, 지난해 선발된 129명의 청년 중 122명이 직무교육을 수료했으며 이 중 100명이 일 경험 연계를 통해 실무 경험을 쌓았고, 총 46명이 취업에 성공하는 성과를 거뒀다.

Incheon City announced that it is recruiting participants for the 3rd batch of the '2025 Incheon Youth Leap Base' project until the 28th.

According to Incheon City, the 'Incheon Youth Leap Base' project, which is in its 3rd year of operation this year, is a program that helps young people preparing for employment gain practical experience and supports smooth employment for young people through connections with excellent and promising companies in the region.

The youth who participate in the program will be provided with 3 months of job training and an opportunity for a 3-month internship at a promising company, and the company will be provided with an opportunity to hire prepared talent and support personnel expenses (KRW 2.43 million per month) for 3 months.

Any job seeker aged 18-39 who is registered as a resident of Incheon City can apply through Incheon Youth Talk Talk on the Incheon Youth Portal from March 12 to 28, and the city plans to select a final 120 people through a first-round document screening and a second-round interview screening.

The job training will be operated for 3 months starting in April with a total of 6 courses including general management, AI-based video editing & 2D graphic production, production/quality management, and AI-based data analysis and visualization, and 20 people will be selected per subject.

Each course is operated by a specialized educational institution in each field, and aims to strengthen the job competency of young people through practical education. After completing the course, they participate in a three-month internship course (40 hours of work per week, salary of 2.43 million won) starting in September through internship matching with companies.
