(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 10일부터 ‘2025년 부천시 평생학습대상(Learning Stars) 공모전’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 올해로 11회를 맞는 ‘부천시 평생학습대상(러닝스타)’은 생활 속 평생학습을 실천하는 시민을 발굴·격려하고, 시민들의 학습 경험과 성과를 널리 알리기 위해 마련된 공모전이다. 

부천시평생학습센터에서 매년 주관하며, 우수사례를 공유하는 장으로 자리매김하고 있다.

이번 공모전의 주제는 ‘평생학습으로 향유하는 삶’으로, 총 5개 부문에서 우수사례를 모집하한다.

모집 부문은 배우는 러닝스타(학습자), 나누는 러닝스타(평생학습강사), 함께하는 러닝스타(평생학습동아리), 기획하는 러닝스타(기관·단체), 보여주는 러닝스타(개인·팀)이다.

부천시민은 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 접수는 부천시평생학습센터 누리집 공지사항 또는 부천시청 누리집 공고란에서 신청양식을 내려받아 작성한 후, 4월 4일까지 전자우편으로 제출하면 된다. 

영상 작품의 경우, 본인 계정 유튜브에 부분 공개로 업로드한 후 신청서에 링크를 기재해 제출하면 된다.

시는 4월 말 접수된 작품을 대상으로 공정한 심사를 거쳐 대상 1점(50만 원)과 우수상 5점(각 20만 원)을 선정할 예정이다. 

시상은 5월 ‘부천시평생학습축제’에서 진행되며, 추진 상황에 따라 일정이 변경될 수 있다.

또한, 부천시와 부천시정신건강복지센터는 오는 17일부터 21일까지 ‘제24회 온 가족이 함께하는 정신건강 OX퀴즈’를 진행한다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 이번 행사는 온라인 퀴즈 형식으로 마련돼, 시민들이 쉽고 재미있게 참여할 수 있도록 구성됐으며, 정신건강에 대한 올바른 정보를 제공하고, 편견 해소와 인식 개선을 목표로 한다. 

참여를 원하는 시민은 ‘부천시정신건강복지센터’ 홈페이지의 ‘참여마당-이벤트’ 페이지에서 매일 새로운 정신건강 주제의 OX퀴즈에 도전하면 된다. 

정답을 댓글로 작성하면 자동으로 참여 되며, 정신건강 관련 설명도 함께 제공된다.

이벤트는 5일간 진행되며, 매일 75명을 추첨하고 전일 참여자 20명을 추가 선정해 총 395명에게 소정의 상품을 증정한다. 

당첨자 명단은 3월 31일 ‘부천시정신건강복지센터’ 홈페이지에 게시될 예정이다.

또한, 부천시가 오는 31일까지 청년정책에 관심을 가지고 시정에 적극적으로 참여할 ‘부천시 청년정책협의체’ 신규 위원을 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면,  청년정책협의체는 ‘부천시 청년 기본 조례’에 근거해 2019년 출범한 부천시 대표 청년 정책 거버넌스로, 청년들의 의견을 대변하며 활발히 활동하고 있다. 

특히, 부천시 청년들에게 큰 호응을 얻고 있는 ‘부천청년사진드림(Dream)’ 사업은 2022년 협의체 위원들의 제안으로 시작돼 현재 시행 중이며, 2025년까지 계속될 예정이다.

선정된 청년정책협의체 위원은 5월 워크숍에 반드시 참여해야 위촉 자격이 주어지며, 이후 분과에 편입돼 2년간 활동하며 임기는 2년으로,한 차례 연임할 수 있다.

주요 활동은 부천시 청년정책에 대한 의견 수렴 및 정책 제안, 청년 문제 조사·연구 및 개선 방안 모색, 지역 청년과의 소통 및 참여 방안 제시 등이 있으며, 소정의 활동비가 지급되고 청년 관련 행사에 우선 참여할 기회도 제공된다.

모집대상은 부천시에 주소 또는 직장이 있는 청년, 또는 부천 소재 대학(원)에 재학 중인 사람이다. 

올해부터는 부천 소재 대학에 재학 중인 외국인 유학생도 적극 모집할 계획이다. 

지원 자격은 19세부터 39세까지의 청년(1986년생~2006년생)이며, 모집 인원은 20명이다.

지원자는 부천시청 홈페이지의 ‘기타 공고’ 내 ‘고시 공고’ 란에서 신청 서식을 내려받아서 작성하면 된다.
