(브레이ㅏ크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 10일, 도성훈 인천교육감이 교육청 전 직원을 대상으로 역량 강화 연수를 개최하여 학교 현장 지원과 인천 교육 목표 공유에 나섰다고 밝혔다. 

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이날 도성훈 교육감은 강의에서 코로나에 대응하고, 미래 교육의 바탕을 만든 인천교육, 대전환의 시대, 세상이 원하는 미래 교육의 방향, 2025년 인천교육의 방향 ‘학교를 삶으로! 일상을 배움으로!’ 등의 주제로 인천교육의 과거, 현재, 미래를 직원들과 공유하며 인천교육의 발전을 위해 함께 노력해 준 직원들의 노고에 감사를 표했다.

이어진 강의에서 류랑도 한국성과코칭협회 대표는‘구성원과 조직 간 협업과 성과 창출’을 주제로 협업과 협조의 차이, 수직적·수평적 협업, 성과 창출을 위한 직위별 역할과 책임 등‘학생성공시대’를 위한 효과적인 방법을 제시했다.

도 교육감은 “인천이 찾아오는 도시, 아이 키우기 좋은 도시로 성장하고 있다”며 “인천 특화교육, 전국 최고 수준의 교육복지, 맞춤형 진로교육 등 직원들의 열정과 헌신 덕분”이라며 직원들을 격려했다. 

또한 “2025년 역점 정책인 학교 현장 지원 강화와 읽걷쓰 기반 올바로, 결대로, 세계로 교육을 위해 앞으로도 지혜를 모아달라”고 당부했다.
