(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 6일, 임신부를 대상으로 ‘임신부 배려 할인음식점’에 참여할 음식점을 상시 모집한다고 밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, 모집 대상은 관내 일반음식점, 휴게음식점, 제과점으로 영업 신고된 업소이며 할인음식점으로 지정되는 업소에는 지정 표지판과 함께 위생 물품·임신부 편의 물품을 지원할 예정이다.

또, 지정업소 업주가 자발적으로 임신부에게 총 5~10% 가량의 금액 할인(또는 할인 금액의 상당하는 부가서비스)을 제공할 수 있도록 독려할 계획이며 구에서 할인 금액을 지원하지는 않는다.

임신부는 업소 방문 시 신분증, 산모 수첩 등을 제시하여 임신부임을 증명하면 된다.

강범석 서구청장은 “임신부 할인음식점에 동참하여 주시는 영업주분들이 출산 친화적인 사회적 분위기를 조성할 수 있을 것”이라며 “해당 업소를 지속적으로 지원하고 홍보할 계획이니 많은 참여를 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

임신부 할인음식점 참여를 희망하는 업소는 서구 식품위생과 식생활개선팀으로 신청하면 된다. 

또한, 인천 서구가 6일, 저소득층 여성 청소년을 대상으로 생리통·생리불순 한방 치료 지원사업을 실시한다고 6일 밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, 생리통·생리불순 한방 치료 지원사업은 저소득층 여성 청소년에게 2개월간 1인 최대 70만 원 상당의 한방 치료(한약재, 침, 뜸, 부항, 온열치료 등)를 지원한다.

지원 대상은 기초생활수급자 및 법정 차상위계층, 한부모가족지원법에 따른 한부모가족에 해당하는 여성 청소년(만9~18세, 2025년도 기준 2007~2016년생)으로 3월 4일 화요일부터 선착순으로 25명 모집한다. 

청소년 생리통·생리불순 한방 치료 지원사업은 서구 관내 37개 지정 한의원과 함께 진행한다. 

인천시 서구한의사회는 사업 참여 한의원이 효과적으로 구민을 돌볼 수 있도록 지원과 자문역할을 수행할 예정이다.
