(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청학교지원단이 6일 ‘2025년 학교지원단 주요 사업 보고 및 교무학사업무지원 기동대 현판식’을 열고 교무 학사 및 교육활동 지원 확대 방안을 발표했다. 

학교지원단에 따르면, 4월 1일 자로 ‘교원업무지원과’를 신설하여 교직원의 업무 부담을 줄이고 다양한 신규 사업을 추진한다.

초등학교 3~5학년 대상 버스와 안전요원 지원을 지원하고 하반기에는 인천길 탐방, 1일 과학탐구교실 등 연계 코스형 현장 체험학습을 운영할 계획이다.

2026년부터는 지방자치단체 체험활동과 연계해 확대하고, 현장 체험학습 전 과정을 간편하게 신청할 수 있는 ‘원클릭 시스템’을 구축해 지원한다.

또, 학교의 어려움을 신속히 해결하기 위해 ‘교무학사업무지원 기동대’도 운영한다.

전화 1551-9679(교육친구)를 통해 요청을 접수하고, 맞춤형 지원을 제공해 교직원의 심리적 부담을 줄이며 업무 해결 시간을 단축할 예정이다.

학교 업무 효율성을 높이기 위해 2025년 상반기 중 ‘인천학교지원서비스시스템’을 구축해 학교업무도움자료, 지원사업 안내, Q&A, 자료 공유 게시판 등의 기능을 제공한다.

또한, 퇴직·현직 교직원 106명으로 구성된 ‘찾아가는 저 경력 교사 지원단’을 운영해 교무·행정업무를 돕고, 1인 교사를 위한 멘토링 프로그램, 업무 도움 자료 제공 등 저 경력 교사에 대한 지원을 강화하며, 특수교육 대상 학생 보조 인력 및 1수업 2교사제 채용(위촉) 지원으로 교육 공백을 방지한다.

아울러, 학교 현장 지원 전담 기구를 운용해 학교관리자, 교사, 일반직, 교육공무직, 노조, 학부모 등 다양한 의견을 수렴하고, 맞춤형 지원 방안을 마련한다.

학교지원단 관계자는 “2025년을 학교 현장 지원 강화의 전환점으로 삼아 형식적인 변화가 아닌, 학교가 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 지원 체계를 구축하겠다”며 “학교가 수업과 생활지도에 전념할 수 있도록 현장 친화적인 인천형 학교 지원 체계를 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.
