(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 8일, 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 부천시 재난안전과, 담당부서, 부천시 안전관리자문단 민간전문가으로 구성된 민·관 합동점검반을 운영해 2025년 시설물 안전 점검을 실시할 계획이다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 점검 대상은 유형별로는 다중이용시설, 대형공사장, 어린이놀이시설, 전통시장 등이 포함되며, 시기별로는 동절기, 해빙기, 우기에 대비하여 점검이 진행된다. 

3대 국제축제(영화, 만화, 애니메이션), 3대 꽃 축제(진달래, 벚꽃, 복숭아꽃), 복사골 예술제 등의 축제도 점검 대상에 포함되며, 긴급 점검으로는 행정기관 및 민간관리주체 요청에 따른 수시 점검이 진행될 예정이다.

점검은 시설물, 소방, 전기, 가스 4개 분야에 대해 이뤄진다. 

주요 점검 사항으로는, 시설물 분야 증·개축으로 인한 주요구조부 안정성 여부, 지반침하 등에 따른 구조물의 위험 여부와 담장, 축대 등 부대 시설 안전성 여부, 피난·대피로 및 방화구획 유지관리 상태 등이며, 소방 분야, 수신반, 화재감지기 정상 설치 및 작동 여부, 옥내·외 소화전, 스프링클러 관리상태, 방화문, 피난 유도등, 피난 탈출구 등 유지관리 상태, 전기 분야, 누전차단기 동작 여부 및 분전반 관리상태, 전기 배선 불량 및 문어발식 콘센트 사용 여부, 냉·난방기구 관리 적정 여부 등이며, 가스 분야, 가스 배관 및 연결 부위의 노후 손상 여부, 가스용기, 가스차단기, 경보기 등의 정상 작동 여부, 도시 가스시설, 보일러실, 유류 저장시설 등 관리상태 여부 등이다. 

점검 결과 지적된 위험 요소는 즉시 시설관리부서 및 관리주체에 통보해 신속한 보수·보강이 이루어질 수 있도록 지도할 예정이며, 지적 사항 미 조치 시 관련 법규에 따라 조치해 안전 위험 요소를 제거할 방침이다.

또한, 부천시가 오는 1월 9일부터 16일까지 다가오는 설 명절을 앞두고 백화점과 여객터미널 등 다중이용시설에 대해 안전관리 실태 점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이번 점검 대상 다중이용시설은 현대백화점 중동점, 롯데백화점 중동점, 투나, 스타필드시티 부천점, 부천터미널소풍(쇼핑센타), 소풍터미널, 뉴코아 부천점 총 7곳이다. 

설 연휴 기간 귀성객의 대이동과 이용객 증가가 예상되는 여객터미널, 대형판매시설에 대하여 재난 사고를 방지하기 위해 관계부서 공무원, 시설관리자, 부천시 안전관리자문단 민간 전문가로 구성된 민·관 합동 점검단이 점검을 진행할 예정이다.

중점 점검 사항은 대형판매시설의 소방 대피 시 안전 통로 확보 여부, 인테리어 및 리모델링 등 내부 공사작업 시 화재 등 안전관리 여부, 피난·소화 통로 확보 여부, 승강기, 에스컬레이터에 대한 안전관리 및 작동상태 등 확인, 소화기·자동 화재 탐지시설, 스프링클러 시설 등 소화설비 확인 등이다.
