(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천북부교육지원청 Wee센터가 지난 7일부터 관내 중학생 10명을 대상으로 ‘꿈꾸는 바리스타 교실’ 겨울방학 프로그램을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
북부교육지원청에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 학업중단 위기 학생들에게 방학기간 중 규칙적인 생활과 자격증 취득 경험을 제공하여 자기 관리 능력과 진로 탐색 기회를 갖도록 마련됐다.
참여 학생들은 주 2회 바리스타 기본 이론과 실습 교육을 받고 자격시험에 응시할 예정이다.
북부교육지원청 관계자는 “이번 프로그램이 학생들이 진로를 탐색하고 실무적인 경험을 쌓는 기회가 되기를 바라며, 학업 외의 분야에서도 자신감을 얻어 학교생활 적응력을 높일 수 있기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
