(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 6일, 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경 조성을 위해 '2025년 공동주택 보조금 지원사업'을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

남동구에 따르면,  이번 사업은 사용검사일로부터 10년이 경과한 공동주택(아파트, 연립‧다세대주택) 내 공용시설물의 유지관리와 공동체 활성화에 필요한 비용 일부를 지원한다. 

신청 기간은 2월 3~28일까지로, 공동주택의 공용시설물 유지보수 등에 대해 지원한도액인 3천만 원 범위에서 단지별 사업비의 30% 이상 지원한다.

유형별로는 공용시설물 유지‧관리 50%, 안전 점검 긴급 보수 및 경비원 근무환경 개선 70%이며, 재난 관련 시설은 700만 원까지 전액 지원한다.

보조금 지원은 현장 조사와 타당성 검토를 거쳐 4월 중 공동주택 관리지원 심의위원회 의결을 통해 예산 범위 내에서 지원 대상 단지를 결정한다.

남동구는 사업 신청인들의 서류작성 및 업체 선정의 어려움 해소를 위해 공동주택 보조금 지원사업 도움 업체와 남동구 소재 전문건설업 목록을 제공하는 등 사업 진행 편의를 제공한다.
