(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부 인천보호관찰소가 지난 17일 촉법소년 보호관찰 대상자의 재범 방지를 위해 경찰 등 관계기관과 협력을 강화하고자 ‘촉법소년 재범방지 관계기관 협의회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

인천보호관찰소 따르면, 이날 보호관찰소 대회의실에서 개최된 협의회에는 인천경찰청 및 관내 7개 경찰서 청소년 담당 경찰관, 촉법소년 전담 보호관찰위원, 청소년 상담전문가, 인천보호관찰소 소년 담당 보호관찰관 등 20여 명이 참석했다. 

이날 회의에서는 인천보호관찰소 촉법소년 현황 및 관리 대책 등을 공유하고, 효율적인 촉법소년 재범 방지를 위한 지역사회 및 각 기관 간의 역할, 협업방안 등 다양한 의견을 논의했다.

문희갑 인천보호관찰소 소장은 “촉법소년의 재범 방지를 위해서는 관계기관 간 긴밀한 협력이 필수적”이라며 ”앞으로도 관계기관과 긴밀히 협력하여 건전한 사회구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 촉법소년 비행 예방의 중심 기관의 역할을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

The Incheon Probation Office of the Ministry of Justice announced on the 17th that it held the ‘Juvenile Offender Recidivism Prevention Related Organization Council’ to strengthen cooperation with related organizations such as the police to prevent juvenile offenders under probation.

According to the Incheon Probation Office, the council held in the probation office conference room that day was attended by approximately 20 people including juvenile police officers from the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency and 7 police stations under the jurisdiction, juvenile offender probation committee members, juvenile counseling experts, and juvenile probation officers from the Incheon Probation Office.

At the meeting, the status of juvenile delinquents and management measures at the Incheon Probation Office were shared, and various opinions were discussed, such as the roles of the local community and each organization for efficient prevention of juvenile delinquents and collaboration methods.
