(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 최근 제4회 인천서구 청년주간을 맞이하여 20~30대 청년 공무원의 눈높이에 맞는 ‘꼼지락 워크숍’을 성황리에 마쳤다고 밝혔다. 

서구에 따르면, 청년센터 서구1939에서 진행된 꼼지락 워크숍은 공무원들이 주도적으로 필요한 학습을 찾아 참여할 수 있도록 총 17개의 생산적 딴짓으로 구성됐으며, 이를 통해 휴식과 유익함을 동시에 잡았다.

참여자들은 그룹형 세션인 함께하는 딴짓(염탐하기, 멍 때리기, 맛있는 강의, 스트레칭, 남은 올해 나만생각하기, 뒷담화 등 9개)을 통해 구성원들 간에 결속을 다지며 힐링하는 시간을 가졌다. 

개인형 세션인 혼자 하는 딴짓(이병국 시인과 함께 끄적이기, 서구정신건강복지센터 이벤트 참여하기, 나다운 답을 찾는 명리학, 서구문화원의 인생 종치기 게임(할리갈리) 등 8개)을 통해 스스로를 되돌아보는 시간도 가질 수 있었다. 

이번 워크숍은 참여한 공무원들 대부분 자발적으로 참여하였으며 4.8(5점 만점)의 높은 만족도를 보였다.

강범석 서구청장은 “남의 시선에 맞춰 살아가기보다는 나만의 보폭으로 나의 색깔대로 행복하게 살았으면 좋겠다”라고 청년 공무원들에게 응원의 메시지를 전했다. 

참여한 청년 공무원은 “말만이 아닌 진짜 MZ(밀레니얼세대, Z세대)들을 위한 강의들로 채워졌음이 느껴졌다”며 “자신을 돌아보고 주어진 하루 일들을 해치우는 데서 그치는 게 아니라 회사 일을 통해서 내가 나아가야 하는 방법에 대해 생각하게 된 계기가 되었다”고 말했다.

Incheon Seo-gu announced that it recently successfully completed the 'Kkomjirak Workshop' tailored to the level of young civil servants in their 20s and 30s in celebration of the 4th Incheon Seo-gu Youth Week.

According to Seo-gu, the Kkomjirak Workshop held at the Seo-gu 1939 Youth Center consisted of a total of 17 productive side activities so that civil servants could proactively find and participate in the learning they needed, thereby achieving both relaxation and learning.

Participants had a time of healing and strengthening bonds among members through group sessions (9 things to do together, such as spying, spacing out, delicious lectures, stretching, thinking only of myself for the rest of the year, and gossiping).

They also had time to reflect on themselves through individual sessions (8 things to do alone, such as scribbling with poet Lee Byeong-guk, participating in Seogu Mental Health and Welfare Center events, fortune telling to find my own answer, Seogu Cultural Center's life-ending game (Halli Galli).

Most of the civil servants who participated in this workshop participated voluntarily and showed a high satisfaction rating of 4.8 (out of 5).

Seogu Mayor Kang Beom-seok sent a message of encouragement to young civil servants, saying, "Rather than living according to others' opinions, I hope you live happily with your own pace and color."

A young civil servant who participated said, “I felt that it was filled with lectures for real MZ (Millennials, Generation Z) people, not just words,” and “It was an opportunity for me to reflect on myself and think about how I should move forward through my company work, rather than just finishing the daily tasks given to me.”
