(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 지난 27일 구청 대회의실에서 공공갈등 사례를 중심으로 공직자 대상 ‘갈등관리 특강’을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 국무조정실 지정 갈등관리 연구기관인 단국대학교 분쟁해결연구센터와 공동으로 진행한 이번 특강은 사례 공유를 통한 공공갈등의 개념 및 기본이해, 갈등영향분석, 숙의토론 등 다양한 갈등관리 방안과 활용방법을 주제로 진행됐다.

이날 특강 강사로 나선 단국대학교 경영대학원 협상학과 김학린 교수는 인천광역시 갈등관리추진위원회 위원장이자 가습기살균제 피해구제 조정위원회, 대입제도개편공론화위원회 등 국가적인 갈등 의제에 갈등전문가로 참여하고 있다.

차준택 구청장은 “이번 갈등관리 특강을 통해 직원들이 갈등관리 지식과 경험을 공유하게 돼 예방적‧선제적 갈등관리 능력을 높일 수 있게 됐다”며 “지혜로운 갈등조정을 통해 정의롭고 지속가능한 부평구 행정이 구현될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 부평구는 국내 최초로 공공갈등조정가 제도를 도입했으며 갈등 진단, 예방 및 해결에 있어 선도적인 시스템을 적용해오고 있다.

이와 함께 공직자 및 주민을 대상으로 갈등 기본·심화교육, 힐링교육, 주민소통교육 등 다양한 갈등관리힐링프로그램을 지원하고 있다.

또한, 부평구가  최근 ‘청년창업 재정지원 사업’에 선정된 9명과 지원 약정을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 올해로 6년 차를 맞이하는 ‘청년창업 재정지원 사업’은 성장 가능성이 높은 청년창업자를 발굴해 임차료, 시제품 제작비와 마케팅비를 지원하는 사업이다. 

부평구는 지난 1월부터 참여자 모집했으며, 공모에 참여한 25명 중 전문가의 면접 심사 등을 거쳐 최종 9명을 선정했다.

이번에 선정된 청년창업자 9명 중 1천200만원을 지원받는 초기지원 대상은 8명으로 부평구의 가장 빨리 문여는 카페-문베이글(조현정), 장애인 일자리 채용 플랫폼-스코플(신현우), 청년 공예 소셜 모임-취향사무소(이지영), 웨딩 스냅사진 삽입 포토 청첩장-라이크 크레이지(김혜원), 온·오프라인 디자인 펜시 문구-윤이해(박소윤), 원목 생활용품 클래스 및 제작-트라움 목공방(이동재), 아이디어 이벤트 상품 제작-케이릿(길영인), 재봉틀 클래스 및 소품 제작-힐링메이트 재봉씨(김미미)이다. 

나머지 1명은 1천500만원을 지원받는 성장지원 대상으로 밀키트 제조 및 유통 플랫폼-밀키트랜드(김준섭)를 선정했다.

한편, 부평구는 상반기 내 청년창업 재정지원 사업 참여자를 추가 모집할 계획이다.
