(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천본부세관이 26일  '3월의 인천세관인'에 인천세관 강민결 주무관을 선정했다고 밝혔다. 

인천세관에 따르면, 강민결 주무관은 국내 가상자산 시세가 해외보다 높은 ‘김치 프리미엄’을 악용해 국내 사업체를 설립한 후 허위 증빙서류를 통해 해외 송금하는 방법으로 가상자산 매각 대금을 해외로 빼돌린 투기 조직을 검거한 공로를 인정받아 3월의 인천세관인으로 선정됐다.

또, 업무 분야별 유공자로는 일반행정분야 유공자에 성과관리 업무를 추진함에 있어 인천의 행정환경특성을 반영한 맞춤형 전략을 수립한 후, 철저한 점검과 피드백으로 환경변화에 따른 애로사항을 적시에 해결하여 2023년 성과목표달성에 기여한 김민지 주무관이 선정했다.  

심사분야 유공자에는 중국으로부터 수입되는 조미가공식품이 부가가치세 면세와 과세가 혼용 신고되고 있는 점을 포착, ‘부가세가 면세되는 미가공식료품’의 개념 확립을 통해 총 20억원 상당의 세수를 확보한 전재원 주무관이  선정됐다. 

인천본부세관은 앞으로도 관세행정에서 탁월한 역량을 발휘하고, 적극적인 행정으로 기관 발전에 기여한 직원을 발굴해 포상할 예정이다.
