계양구의회에 따르면, 의장에 문미혜 의원(재선, 더불어민주당), 부의장에 김연자 의원(초선, 국민의힘), 의회운영위원장에는 김재성 의원(초선, 더불어민주당), 자치도시위원장에는 백승화 의원(초선, 더불어민주당), 기획복지위원장에는 김숙의 의원(재선, 국민의힘)을 각각 선출했다.
