(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서해구가 오는 7월 13일까지 지역 내 중소기업 청년 근로자의 근로복지 향상과 휴식문화 확산을 위해 ‘제4호 중소기업 재직청년 복지공유제’ 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.   

서해구에 따르면,  ‘중소기업 재직청년 복지공유제’는 지역 안에서 함께 상생하고 협력할 수 있는 여건을 마련하고자, 관내 기관과 연계하여 대기업이나 공공기관 등이 공유 가능한 자원을 중소기업 청년들에게 제공하는 사업이다.

이번 제4호 사업은 인천 서해구와 하나은행, (사)인천서해구 중소기업경영자협의회가 공동으로 추진하며, 인천 소재 중소기업에서 6개월 이상 재직 중인 19세~39세의 서해구, 검단구 거주 청년을 대상으로 한다.

서해구는 올해 실제 수요자에게 혜택을 확대하고 미이용으로 인한 예산 불용을 최소화하기 위해 선정 규모를 기존 140명에서 200명 내외로 전격 확대했다. 

또한, 지원금 신청 기한을 1차와 2차로 분할 운영하여 예비후보자들에게도 폭넓은 기회를 제공할 방안도 마련했다.

최종 선정된 청년은 국내 숙박시설(호텔, 민박, 펜션 등)을 이용할 때 1박당 20만원, 연박 시 최대 40만원까지 숙박비를 지원받을 수 있다.

참여를 희망하는 청년은 오는 7월 13일까지 (사)인천서해구 중소기업경영자협의회 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 신청서와 증빙서류를 제출하면 된다. 

모집인원을 초과할 경우 무작위 추첨을 통해 대상자를 선발하며, 결과는 7월 30일에 홈페이지를 통해 발표할 예정이다.

Incheon Seohae-gu announced that it is recruiting participants for the ‘4th SME Employee Welfare Sharing Program’ until July 13th to improve the labor welfare of young workers in local SMEs and to promote a culture of rest.

According to Seohae-gu, the ‘SME Employee Welfare Sharing Program’ is a project that provides young workers in SMEs with resources that can be shared by large corporations or public institutions, in conjunction with local organizations, in order to create conditions for mutual growth and cooperation within the region. 

This fourth project is being jointly promoted by Incheon Seohae-gu, Hana Bank, and the Incheon Seohae-gu Association of SME Managers. It targets young adults aged 19 to 39 residing in Seohae-gu or Geomdan-gu who have been employed for at least six months at a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) located in Incheon.

This year, Seohae-gu has drastically expanded the selection scale from the previous 140 to approximately 200 individuals to extend benefits to actual beneficiaries and minimize budget unused funds.

In addition, measures have been devised to provide broader opportunities to prospective candidates by dividing the application period into two phases.

Young adults finally selected can receive accommodation subsidies of 200,000 KRW per night when staying at domestic lodging facilities (hotels, guesthouses, pensions, etc.), with a maximum subsidy of 400,000 KRW for consecutive nights.

Young adults wishing to participate can submit their application form and supporting documents online through the website of the Incheon Seohae-gu Association of SME Managers by July 13. 

If the number of applicants exceeds the recruitment quota, candidates will be selected through a random draw, and the results are scheduled to be announced on the website on July 30.
