(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천대학교 평생교육원 K-컬처센터가 7일, 무대예술 분야 전문인력 양성을 위해 ‘무대예술 전문인력 양성과정’수강생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

인천대 평생교육원에 따르면, 이 과정은 인천대학교 대학혁신사업의 지원을 받아 운영하며, 공연예술 전문인력 양성 기반을 확충하고 K-컬처 산업을 선도할 실무형 인재를 육성하는 것을 목표로 한다. 

또한, 공연제작 현장에서 요구하는 실무 능력 향상을 위해 실습 기자재와 전문 실습 공간을 구축해 현장 중심의 교육 환경을 조성했다.

교육과정은 무대미술, 무대조명, 무대음향 3개 분야별 각 3과목과 공통 2과목으로 운영한다. 

각 분야의 현장 전문가들이 강사진으로 참여해 실무 중심 교육을 진행하며, 모든 강좌는 전액 지원된다. 

누구나 관심 분야에 따라 원하는 과목을 자유롭게 선택해 수강할 수 있다. 

교육은 평일 야간과 토요일에 진행해 직장인‧대학생 등 평일 낮 시간 참여가 어려운 학습자도 부담 없이 수강할 수 있도록 구성했으며, 수강생이 실제 공연제작에 필요한 전문 지식과 실무 역량을 체계적으로 갖출 수 있도록 지원한다. 

이를 통해 무대예술 분야의 전문성과 현장 실무 능력을 한층 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

인천대학교 평생교육원 한상정 원장은 “K-컬처센터는 무대예술 분야 최고의 전문가들과 함께하는 실무 중심 교육을 전액 지원으로 제공해 더 많은 시민들이 전문교육의 기회를 누릴 수 있도록 준비했다”며 “평일 야간과 토요일 운영으로 교육 접근성을 높인 만큼 공연예술 분야에 관심 있는 시민들의 많은 참여를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

‘무대예술 전문인력 양성과정’은 인천대학교 평생교육원 제물포캠퍼스에서 운영하며, 수강 신청 기간은 26년 7월 13일부터 8월 17일까지다.

The Incheon National University Lifelong Education Center’s K-Culture Center announced on the 7th that it is recruiting students for the ‘Professional Stage Arts Training Course’ to foster professional personnel in the field of stage arts.

According to the Incheon National University Lifelong Education Center, this course is operated with support from the university's University Innovation Project and aims to expand the foundation for training professional performing arts personnel and to cultivate practical talents who will lead the K-Culture industry.

In addition, to enhance practical skills required in the field of performance production, practice equipment and specialized practice spaces have been established to create a field-oriented educational environment.

The curriculum consists of three courses in each of the three fields—Stage Art, Stage Lighting, and Stage Sound—along with two common courses.

Field experts in each field participate as instructors to conduct practice-oriented training, and all courses are fully subsidized.

Anyone can freely select and enroll in courses according to their areas of interest.

The curriculum is structured to allow learners who find it difficult to attend during weekday daytime hours, such as office workers and university students, to participate without burden by holding classes on weekday evenings and Saturdays. It supports students in systematically acquiring the professional knowledge and practical skills necessary for actual performance production.

Through this, it is expected that professionalism and practical field capabilities in the field of stage arts will be significantly enhanced.

The ‘Professional Training Course for Performing Arts’ is operated by the Jemulpo Campus of the Incheon University Lifelong Education Center, and the registration period is from July 13 to August 17, 2026.
