(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 오는 7월 3일까지 결대로자람학교 27교를 대상으로 ‘2026 결대로자람 학술제’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 학술제는 인천형 혁신학교 모델인 ‘결대로자람학교’지정 후 올해 4년차를 맞이하는 대상교의 운영 성과를 종합적으로 성찰하고, 급격한 기술 혁신과 AI시대에 부합하는 지속가능한 미래 공교육의 방향과 기준을 모색하기 위해 마련했다.

특히, 결대로자람학교 종합평가를 학교 현장의 사례 공유와 공동 연구 중심의 ‘학술의 장’으로 운영함으로써, 인천 미래교육의 확산 기반을 다지는 데 의의를 두었다.

학교급별 9개의 연합 세션 형태로 운영되는 학술제는 평가 대상교 교직원이 발표자로 나서며, 1,500여 명의 교육공동체가 참여해 혁신교육의 성과와 과제를 나누고 미래교육의 방향을 모색하는 장으로 펼쳐진다.

첫날인 6월 23일에는 초등 연합팀(인천갈산초·인천동수초·인천마곡초·인천상정초)이 갈산초등학교에서 ‘지속 가능한 미래형 교육과정 표준에 대한 고민’을 주제로 주입식 교육을 탈피한 학생 맞춤형 교육 실천 사례를 발표했다. 

이어진 토의에서는 미래 사회 변화에 대응하는 초등 미래형 교육과정의 방향과 학교 현장의 과제를 함께 논의했다.

같은 날 중등 연합팀(안남고·인천효성고·작전여고)은 작전여자고등학교에서 ‘인천형 혁신고등학교 교육과정 프레임워크 제안’을 주제로 학생 중심 미래형 교육과정 운영 사례를 발표했다. 

이들은 학생의 진로와 성장을 지원하는 교육과정 설계 방안에 대해 심도 있는 토의를 이어가며 참석자들의 큰 관심을 모았다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “이번 학술제는 개별 학교의 성과 발표를 넘어, 결대로자람학교들이 연합해 학교 운영의 난제와 해법을 함께 숙의하는 데 진정한 의미가 있다”며 “학교별로 나눈 이야기를 바탕으로 7월 14일 열리는 여름 컨퍼런스에서 결대로자람학교가 K-교육의 중심으로 도약하기 위한 비전을 선언할 예정이다”고 말했다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 오는 7월 31일까지  건물 누수로 어려움을 겪는 학교를 지원하기 위해 관내 60교를 대상으로 ‘하자대응반’ 누수 점검 현장 컨설팅을 시범 운영한다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 컨설팅은 ‘학교시설 누수 하자 제로화’를 위한 ‘하자대응반’ 고도화 및 확대 운영 계획에 따라 마련됐다. 

특히, 학교 현장의 누수 대응의 전문성을 높여 실효성 있는 해결 방안을 단위학교에서 찾아낼 수 있도록 지원하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

컨설팅은 기술직 공무원과 외부 전문가가 학교를 방문하여 누수 발생 위치와 현장 여건 확인, 누수 원인 파악, 맞춤형 보수 방법 제안 등 전문적이고 체계적인 기술 지원을 제공하는 방식으로 진행된다.

인천시교육청은 이번 컨설팅 결과를 바탕으로 운영 절차와 점검 기준을 보완하는 한편, 현장 데이터를 축적해 향후 학교시설 설계 및 시공 단계부터 누수 예방 방안이 반영될 수 있도록 하자 대응 지원체계를 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “학교시설 누수는 학생과 교직원의 안전은 물론, 쾌적한 교육환경과 직결되는 중요한 현안”이라며 “현장 중심의 컨설팅을 펼쳐 학생들이 안심하고 생활할 수 있는 교육환경을 조성하겠다”고 말했다.

The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education announced that it will hold the ‘2026 Gyeoldae-ro-jaram Academic Festival’ for 27 Gyeoldae-ro-jaram Schools until July 3.

According to the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, this academic festival was organized to comprehensively reflect on the operational performance of the target schools, which are entering their fourth year since being designated as ‘Gyeoldae-ro-jaram Schools,’ an Incheon-type innovation school model, and to explore the direction and standards for sustainable future public education that align with the era of rapid technological innovation and AI.

In particular, significance was placed on solidifying the foundation for the expansion of future education in Incheon by operating the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Gyeoldae-ro Jaram School as an "academic forum" centered on sharing best practices from the field and conducting joint research.

The academic festival, organized into nine joint sessions categorized by school level, features faculty and staff from the evaluated schools as presenters. With the participation of approximately 1,500 members of the educational community, the event serves as a venue to share the achievements and challenges of innovative education and explore the direction of future education.

On the first day, June 23, the elementary joint team (Incheon Galsan Elementary, Incheon Dongsu Elementary, Incheon Magok Elementary, and Incheon Sangjeong Elementary) presented practical examples of student-tailored education that move away from rote learning at Galsan Elementary School, under the theme of "Contemplation on Sustainable Future-Oriented Curriculum Standards."

In the subsequent discussion, the direction of the future-oriented elementary curriculum in response to future societal changes was discussed alongside the challenges facing the school field. Additionally, the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education announced that it will be piloting on-site leak inspection consulting by the "Defect Response Team" for 60 schools within its jurisdiction until July 31 to support schools facing difficulties due to building leaks. According to the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, this consulting initiative was organized in accordance with the plan to upgrade and expand the "Defect Response Team" to achieve "zero water leakage defects in school facilities."
