(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자)  인천본부세관이 ’202년 5월 인천지역 수출입 현황'을 발표했다.

인천세관에 따르면, 전년 동월 대비 수출은 4.0% 증가한 52.0억 달러, 수입은 5.0% 감소한 48.8억 달러를 기록, 무역수지는 3.3억 달러 흑자를 보였다.

특징으로는 수출 3개월 연속 증가세를 수입은 3개월 연속 감소세를 보였다.

수출 품목에서  반도체(6.1%), 의약품(15.8%) 등은 증가했으나, 승용자동차(△9.8%), 기계류와 정밀기기(△26.6%) 등 감소했다. 

수출 국가에서는 베트남(27.5%), EU(38.8%), 일본(5.9%) 등은 증가했으나, 주요 교역국인 중국(△5.7%), 미국(△8.3%) 등은 감소했다.

수입 품목에서는 원유(71.3%), 기계류·정밀기기(22.6%) 등은 증가했으나, 반도체(△5.4%), 가스(△61.3%) 등은 감소했다.  

수입 국가에서는 대만(16.3%), 중국(9.6%), 미국(48.6%) 등은 증가했으나, 호주(△43.7%), 중남미(△34.6%) 등은 감소했다. 

인천항을 통한 5월 컨테이너 수출입 물동량은 전체 31.2만 TEU(전국 비중 11.0%)로, 전년 동월 대비 2.7% 증가했다.

The Incheon Customs Headquarters announced the 'Status of Exports and Imports in the Incheon Region for May 2026'.

According to Incheon Customs, compared to the same month of the previous year, exports increased by 4.0% to $5.2 billion, while imports decreased by 5.0% to $4.88 billion, resulting in a trade surplus of $330 million.

Notably, exports showed an increasing trend for three consecutive months, while imports showed a decreasing trend for three consecutive months.

Among export items, semiconductors (6.1%) and pharmaceuticals (15.8%) increased, while passenger cars (△9.8%) and machinery and precision instruments (△26.6%) decreased.

Regarding export destinations, Vietnam (27.5%), the EU (38.8%), and Japan (5.9%) increased, but major trading partners such as China (△5.7%) and the United States (△8.3%) decreased.

In terms of import items, crude oil (71.3%) and machinery and precision instruments (22.6%) increased, but semiconductors (△5.4%) and gas (△61.3%) decreased.

Regarding import destinations, Taiwan (16.3%), China (9.6%), and the United States (48.6%) increased, while Australia (△43.7%) and Latin America (△34.6%) decreased. The volume of container imports and exports through Incheon Port in May was 312,000 TEU (11.0% of the national total), an increase of 2.7% compared to the same month last year.
