(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 6일, 데이터 기반의 의사결정 체계 확립과 행정 업무 효율화를 위한 ‘인천형 인공지능 전환(AX) 종합 계획’을 수립하고 본격적인 추진에 나선다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 계획은 ‘인간 중심 H-A-H, 주도적 스마트 행정 실현’을 위해 사람이 질문하고 AI가 조력하며 사람이 최종 판단하는 H-A-H(Human-AI-Human)를 행정 현장에 정착시키기 위해 마련했다.

이를 위해 시교육청은 부서별 수요조사를 통해 발굴된 40개 대상 업무를 중심으로 2028년까지 AI 기술을 단계적으로 도입한다.

주요 과제로는 대규모 언어 모델(LLM) 및 챗봇을 활용한 24시간 민원 응대, 로봇 프로세스 자동화(RPA) 기반의 출장 여비 지급 및 계약 증빙 자동화, 데이터 분석을 통한 정책 성과 분석 등이 포함됐다.

특히, 행정의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 내부망 중심의 ‘Secure Private Network’를 구축하는 동시에 민감 정보 유출을 차단하는 등 보안을 강화할 방침이다. 

또, 전 직원의 AI 문해력 함양을 위한 맞춤형 교육과 전문 학위 취득을 지원해 자체적인 AX 인재 선순환 체계를 구축할 예정이다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 6일, 학교급식 종사자의 건강과 안전 문제에 대해 매우 엄중하게 인식하며, 급식실 환기시설 개선에 총력을 다하겠다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 급식 종사자 폐암 확진 및 의심 소견 발생 시에는 의료지원(2차 추적검사 및 3차 정밀검사 비용 지원), 안전조치(조리 업무에서 배제하고 전처리 및 식당 관리 업무 전환), 인력지원(조리 인력 1명 추가 배치), 환경개선(환기시설 개선 우선순위 상향 조정)과 같은 ‘긴급 보호 대책’을 시행한다.
