(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 한국농수산식품유통공사가 지난 27일 서울 aT센터에서 국정과제 이행력 제고 및 혁신전략 실천을 위한 중점 사업 추진계획에 대해 생산․수출분과 혁신자문위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

aT에 따르면, aT 혁신자문위원회는 농업 발전을 위한 국가전략산업으로의 농업육성 등 정부 국정과제와 혁신전략을 체계적으로 이행하기 위해 지난해 3월  조직․경영,  정책․예산,  생산․수출의 3개 분과로 구성된 자문기구이며 작년에는 4차례의 자문위원회를 개최한 바 있다. 

이번 생산․수출분과 회의는 올해 첫 번째로 개최되는 자문위원회로 우리 농수축산업 생산지원과 연계하여 aT가 추진하는 유통구조 혁신, 수급관리 강화 방안 및 K-푸드의 수출확대를 위한 다양한 의견을 교류하고, 현장 전문가들의 요구사항에 대해 논의했다.

주로 유통구조 혁신의 핵심 축인 온라인도매시장 활성화를 위한 이용자 확대 방안을 모색하고, 기후 위기 시대 선제적 수급관리 및 K-푸드 수출 추진전략의 실질적인 성과 창출 방안에 대해 전문가들의 열띤 토론이 이어졌다.

구체적 자문내용으로는 “농수산물온라인도매시장의 최저 금액 거래조건 완화 등 개혁을 앞두고 거래중개 및 품질관리의 영역까지 모두 힘쓰려면 중장기적 접근이 필요하다” 등의 조언이 있었다. 

또한, 수출 측면에서는 “한류의 유행 확산에 따른 K-푸드의 진출 확대가 언제까지 지속될 수 없다”며, 넥스트 K-푸드 사업을 통한 신규 유망품목 발굴을 통한 품목별, 국가별 수출 다각화의 중요성이 강조됐다. 

또한, 갈수록 고령화되는 농촌의 물류구조를 현재의 망 단위 운송에서 컨테이너 운송체계로 전환해 효율성을 높여야 한다는 의견도 나왔다.

공통적으로는 중장기적 aT가 추진하고 있는 중점 과제는 국가적 과제임과 동시에 우리 농산업 자체를 혁신할 중요한 사업이다”고 하면서, “사업성과 창출에 도움이 될 수 있도록 자문위원으로서 더 많이 고민하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, aT는 이번 분과자문위원회를 시작으로 5월 중에 조직․경영 및 정책․예산분과에서도 자문회의를 개최하여 분야별 자문을 계속 이어나갈 계획이다. 

aT 홍문표 사장은 “정부 국정과제의 본격적인 성과 창출과 기후변화 시대 우리 농어업 발전을 위해서 농어업계의 생산단계 지원에서 수출확대까지 공사의 역할이 강화되어야 한다”며, “각계 전문가로 구성된 자문위원분들의 고견들이 사업에 충실히 반영될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.

In addition, opinions were raised that the logistics structure of rural areas, which are becoming increasingly aging, should be transitioned from the current network-based transportation system to a container shipping system to enhance efficiency.
