(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 부평구의회가 지난 12일 제273회 정례회 제2차 본회의를 끝으로, 26일간 이어진 올해 마지막 회기 의사일정을 모두 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

부평구의회에 따르면, 이번 정례회에서는 2025년도 행정사무감사와 2025년도 제2회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용계획변경안, 2026년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안 심사, 각종 조례안 및 안건 심의 등 다양한 의정활동이 활발히 전개됐다.

부평구 행정 전반을 점검하는 2025년도 행정사무감사는 11월 18일부터 26일까지 9일간 상임위원회별로 실시됐다. 

이번 감사에서는 주요 정책과 예산집행, 사업 추진 현황 등에 대한 집중 점검을 통해 시정요구 60건과 건의사항 145건을 도출했다.

행정복지위원회는 부평구청장이 제출한 ‘인천광역시부평구 통합재정안정화기금 설치 및 운용 조례 일부개정조례안’ 등 12건의 안건과, 이익성 의원이 발의한 ‘인천광역시부평구 공유재산 관리 조례 일부개정조례안’, 정예지 의원이 대표발의하고 정유정·김동민·정한솔 의원이 공동발의한 ‘인천광역시부평구 성인지 예산제의 실효성 향상을 위한 조례안’, 윤구영 의원이 대표발의하고 정유정·강연숙·여명자 의원이 공동발의한 ‘인천광역시부평구 경력단절여성등의 경제활동 촉진과 경력단절 예방에 관한 조례안’ 등 총 15건의 안건을 모두 원안 가결했다.

도시환경위원회는 부평구청장이 제출한 ‘부개·일신지구 도시재생활성화계획 수립(안) 구의회 의견청취’, 여명자 의원이 소개한 ‘환경공무관 정년연장(계속근로) 조속한 추진 요청에 관한 청원’, 손대중 의원이 발의한 ‘인천광역시부평구 자전거 이용 활성화에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’ 등 3건의 안건을 원안 가결했다.

예산결산특별위원회는 12월 8일부터 11일까지 4일간 2025년도 제2회 추가경정예산안과 2025년도 제2회 기금운용계획변경안, 2026년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안에 대한 심사를 진행했다.
