(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천문화재단이 8일, 인천시와 함께 육군 제2291부대에서 '아트·T 인천' 기획전시를 진행 중이라고 밝혔다. 

인천문화재단에 따르면, 오는 12월 19일까지 약 4개월간 진행되며, 인천미술은행 소장작품 중 인천을 주제로 한 회화, 사진 등 13점이 전시되고 있다.

이번 전시는 인천의 대표적인 명소와 풍경을 담은 작품으로 선별하여 국방의 의무를 다하는 장병이 인천의 아름다움을 새롭게 느낄 수 있도록 구성했다. 

단순한 전시 관람의 차원을 넘어 군대라는 특수한 환경에서 생활하는 청년들에게 문화예술을 통한 정서적 안정과 마음의 안식을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

육군 제2291부대에서 개최하는 이번 전시는 인천문화재단이 추진하는 '아트·T 인천' 사업의 일환으로 일상생활 공간에서 자연스럽게 예술을 접할 수 있도록 문화예술의 향유 범위를 확장하는 미술 프로젝트다. 

인천문화재단 관계자는 "문화예술의 사회적 역할을 확대하는 의미 있는 시도"라며 "특히 인천을 수호하는 국군 장병에게 인천의 아름다운 모습을 담은 작품들을 소개하여 이들의 정서 함양과 사기 진작에 도움이 되길 바란다"고 말했다.

이번 기획전시는 문화예술 기관과 군부대 간의 상생 협력 모델을 제시하며, 향후 이러한 문화예술 나눔 사업이 다양한 공간으로 확산하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.
