(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 오는 17일부터 21일까지 남동 실버농장 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

남동구에 따르면, 실버농장은 수산동 16번지 일대 6,125㎡ 규모로, 4월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 운영한다.

모집인원은 300명 내외로, 65세 이상(1960.12.31. 이전 출생) 남동구 주민으로 경작 활동이 가능하면 누구나 신청할 수 있다. 이용료는 무료다.

세대별 1명 신청이 원칙이며 65세 미만의 가족을 동반하여 경작할 수 없고 분양받은 농장을 성실히 관리해야 한다.

잡초 제거 등 관리가 미흡한 경우에는 분양권이 해지될 수 있다.

분양신청은 거주지 동 행정복지센터에 신분증을 지참해 방문 신청하면 된다.

기초생활수급자와 차상위계층 등 저소득층을 대상으로 우선 선발하고, 일반신청자는 무작위 추첨을 통해 선발한다.

또한, 남동구가 13일,  2025년 상반기 청년창업지원센터 입주기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

남동구에 따르면, 모집 기간은 17일까지로, 공고일 현재 인천시 거주 중인 18~39세 청년 예비 창업자 또는 초기 창업자라면 누구나 신청할 수 있다.

모집 대상은 남동구 청년창업지원센터(논현동 소재) 입주기업 5개 사로, 계약기간인 2년 동안 남동구 청년창업지원센터 내 개별 사무공간을 제공할 예정이다. 

계약기간 만료 후에는 성과 평가 결과에 따라 1년 연장이 가능하다.

남동구 청년창업지원센터는 청년 창업자들이 상생하며 성장하는 공간으로, 2019년 전국 최초로 문을 열었다.
