(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 13일,  지역 발전에 기여할 도시개발 프로젝트를 대상으로 행정 지원과 사업 자문(컨설팅)에 나선다고 13일 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 구는 이를 위해 오는 3월 구 관계 부서 협업으로 ‘도시개발 컨설팅 지원단’을 구성한다.

지원단은 민간 건설사·조합·공사·공단 등 신규개발사업 관계자에게 행정절차 안내, 사업방향 제안, 사업 자문 및 상담을 제공한다.

개발사업 관계자들은 컨설팅을 통해 사업성 높은 계획을 수립하거나, 사업을 보다 효율적이고 신속하게 끌어갈 수 있다.

지원단을 사업 의견을 제출하는 소통 창구로 활용할 수도 있다.

부평구는 이번 지원단 운영이 행정절차 누락 등으로 인한 사업 지연 방지와 신속한 지역 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 보고 있다.

사업 지역에 거주 중이거나 거주 예정인 구민이 피해를 보는 사례도 줄어들 전망이다.

이 밖에도 구는 민간 개발 과정에서 고품질의 공공시설물이 원활하게 기부채납될 수 있도록 ‘기부채납 공공시설 가이드라인’을 수립하고, 지원단을 통해 이행 여부를 관리하기로 했다.

가이드라인에는 자재 품질 기준, 허가 절차, 하자 및 안전관리, 관리청 요구사항, 기타 유의사항 등이 제시된다.

부평구는 지원단 구성 후 올해 상반기 중 운영기준을 확정하고, 하반기에 첫 컨설팅을 진행할 계획이다.

부평구 관계자는 “지원단 운영이 지역 개발 사업의 질적 향상과 성공적인 도시개발에 긍정적인 영향을 주길 바란다”라며 “지역 발전과 구민 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 개발 사업 신속 추진에 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
