(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 13일, 관내 공동주택 입주자 간의 갈등과 분쟁 조정을 돕는 ‘찾아가는 공동주택 민원상담실’ 을 연중 상시 운영한다고 밝혔다.  

서구에 따르면, ‘찾아가는 공동주택 민원상담실’ 은 변호사, 주택관리사, 층간소음관리사 등 공동주택 갈등 관리 전문가로 구성된다. 누수, 층간소음, 하자보수 등 공동주택 분쟁이 발생하면 해당 세대와 관리사무소에 직접 방문하여 갈등 조정을 도울 예정이다.  

이와 함께 ‘찾아가는 공동주택 맞춤형교실’도 상시 운영할 계획이며 맞춤형 교실은 입주자대표회의, 선거관리위원회 등 공동주택 관계자의 자치역량 강화를 위해 기획됐다.

대한주택관리사협회 소속 전임강사가 공동주택관리법령 및 관리규약 등 주택관리 전반에 관한 내용을 교육할 예정이다. 

특히, 2025년부터는 기존 의무관리단지에서 비의무(소규모)관리단지까지 대상을 확대하는 등 투명하고 공정한 공동주택 문화 조성을 위하여 더욱 힘쓸 계획이다.

또한, 인천 서구가 13일, 임신을 준비하는 부부에게 한정적으로 지원하였던 임신 사전건강관리 지원사업을 결혼여부와 상관없이 주요주기별 최대 3회까지 확대 지원한다고  밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, 임신과 출산에 장애가 될 수 있는 건강위험요인의 조기발견 기회를 제공하기 위해 1주기(20~29세), 2주기(30~34세), 3주기(35~49세)로 주요주기별 1회씩 지원된다.

임신 사전건강관리 지원사업은 임신을 준비하고 있는 여성에게는 난소기능검사(AMH)와 부인과 초음파 검사비를 최대 13만원까지, 남성에게는 정자의 수 및 모양, 운동성을 확인할 수 있는 정액검사비를 최대 5만원까지 실비 지원하는 사업이다. 

희망자는 보건소를 방문하거나 온라인(e보건소)로 신청해 검사의뢰서를 발급받아 참여 의료기관에 방문하면 된다.
