(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 광복회(회장 이종찬)와 국립인천대학교(총장 박종태)가 공동 주최한 ‘제13차 독립유공자 216명 포상신청설명회’가 오는 2월 17일 오후 2시 독립유공자 후손 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 국립인천대학교 학산도서관(1층 멀티플렉스존)에서 열릴 예정이다.

이번에 포상신청한 독립유공자는 치안유지법 위반자 129명, 3·1독립만세시위자 72명, 그 외 소요죄, 안녕질서 위반죄 등 15명으로 216명인데, 출신 지역별로는 인천 57명, 함경남북도 36명, 경북 33명, 충남 28명, 경기도는 김포 13명 등 22명, 기타 지역 40명이다.

독립운동사연구소장 이태룡 박사는 “이번에 포상을 신청한 분 중에는 강화도 3·1독립만세의거와 당시 부천군 계양면(현 인천 계양구) 장기리 황어장터에서 독립만세시위를 벌이다가 옥고를 겪은 분 등 57명을 발굴했다.특히 강화군 길상면 길직리에 살던 장연실(張然實), 덕기(德基)·명순(明淳)·동원(東元) 네 부자가 강화도 3·1독립만세시위를 주도하다 옥고를 겪었다.아버지 장연실과 둘째 아들 명순은 포상됐으나 장남과 삼남은 이번에 포상신청을 하게 됐다.강화도 3·1독립만세시위를 주도한 혐의로 붙잡혔다가 5개월 옥고를 겪고 무죄 석방 후 중국으로 망명하여 독립운동을 하다 붙잡혀 7년 옥고를 겪은 조봉암(曺奉岩) 지사, 대한민국 임시정부 국무령·주석을 역임한 양기탁(梁起鐸) 선생의 아들로 2년의 옥고를 겪은 양효손(梁孝孫) 지사, 평안북도 의주에서 3·1독립만세시위를 주도하고, ‘독립비현청년단’ 부단장으로 독립자금 모금과 무기 구입 등의 활동을 하다 1년 6월 옥고를 겪은 김예수(金禮守) 지사, 1939년 태창직물회사 직공으로 있으면서 일본인 사장의 횡포에 맞서 이른바 ‘적색노동조합’을 결성한 혐의로 붙잡혀 서대문형무소에서 옥고를 치른 황영임(黃英任) 지사 등 ‘여공(女工)’ 10명을 발굴하여 포상신청을 하게 되었다.”고 말했다.

이로써 국립인천대 독립운동사연구소가 2019년부터 13차례 국가보훈부에 포상을 신청한 독립유공자는 모두 5,251명이나 된다.

또한, 인천대학교 창업지원단이 오는 3월 6일 오후 4시까지 ‘2025년 재도전성공패키지’를 함께 할 (예비)재창업자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

‘재도전성공패키지’는 성실한 실패 경험과 우수한 아이템을 보유한 (예비)재창업자의 성공적인 재창업을 지원하고자 사업화자금(평균 0.7억원, 최대 1억원) 및 실패원인분석, BM고도화, 실증지원, 초기투자유치 등의 필수프로그램과 인천대학교의 역량을 활용한 전략분야 육성 프로그램, 판로확대 프로그램 등을 지원한다.  

재도전성공패키지는 총 201명 내외의 (예비)재창업자를 선정할 예정이며, 주관기관별 선정규모는 기관별 접수 현황 등을 토대로 확정될 예정이다. 

2025년도부터는 기존 자격요건이 일부 개선됐으며, 창업기업 평균 사업비가 상향되었으며, 협약기간이 단축됐다.

사업설명회에서는 재도전성공패키지 신청 및 접수 관련 설명회, 인천대학교 주요 프로그램 및 인프라 지원사항 소개, 1:1 상담 지원 계획도 있으며, 자세한 내용은 인천대학교 창업지원단 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
