(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천여성청소년재단이 운영하는 부천시 일쉼지원센터(이하 일쉼센터)가 최근 전국공무원노동조합 경기지역본부 부천시지부(지부장 정운성, 이하 공무원노조)와 감정노동자 치유·회복 및 권익 보호를 위해 상호 협력하기 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

일쉼센터에 따르면, 업무 협약은 지난 7일 진행됐으며 이에 두 기관은 부천 관내 공무원 조합원 대상 회복지원 프로그램, 치유상담 프로그램 등을 지원하고, 감정노동 존중문화 확산을 위한 ‘부천다움’확산 캠페인 추진 등을 함께 협력하기로 했다. 

부천시일쉼지원센터 김수정 센터장은 “앞으로 공무원노조와 함께 감정노동자의 치유·회복 지원을 위해 서로의 전문역량과 자원을 적극 활용하고 협업해 나가길 기대한다.”고 말했다.

전국공무원노조 부천시지부 정운성 지부장은 “대부분의 시민들이 공무원이 감정노동자라는 사실을 제대로 인식하지 못하는 것 같다. 감정노동으로 인한 마음 다침을 줄이기 위해서는 결국 시민성을 일깨우고 확산하는 일이 중요하다. 일쉼센터의 활동에 적극 협력하고 동참하겠다.”고 말했다.

부천시일쉼지원센터는 22년 4월 개소한 이래 감정노동자의 치유회복을 위한 회복공간 운영, 건강증진 프로그램, 심리치유 상담사업 등을 운영하고 있으며 감정노동에 대한 인식개선을 위한 지역 연계 캠페인 등을 활발히 진행하고 있다.
