(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 지난 11일  부천교육지원청과 ‘2025년 부천미래교육협력지구’ 사업 추진을 위한 부속합의를 체결했다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 이번 부속합의는 2023년 경기도교육청과 체결한 미래교육협력지구 업무협약을 바탕으로, 부천교육지원청과 매년 부속합의를 맺어 부천미래교육협력지구의 세부 사업을 운영하기 위해 마련됐다. 

부속합의를 통해 교육자치 활성화를 통한 함께 성장하는 교육공동체, 지역의 특색에 기반한 글로컬 미래인재 양성, 지역사회 연계교육을 통한 조화롭게 성장하는 교육공동체라는 3대 추진 목표를 설정했다. 

이를 위해 부천시는 시 예산 45억 5,600만 원을 포함해 총 73억 9,400만 원의 예산을 투입해 ‘부천아트밸리’, ‘일반고 맞춤형 교육’, ‘빛깔담은 우리학교’ 등 18개 세부 사업을 추진한다.

부천시는 부천미래교육센터를 중심으로 ‘우리마을체험’ 등 지역 교육자원을 활용한 교육과정과 ‘1:1 진로진학 컨설팅’, ‘진로박람회’ 등 다양한 진로진학 프로그램을 학교 교육과정과 연계해 운영할 계획이다.

또한,  2025년 교육경비사업으로 ‘학교시설 개방지원’, ‘교육환경개선사업’, ‘중·고등학생 교복(생활복, 체육복) 지원’, ‘부천-런(Learn) 온라인 교육지원’사업 등 약 77억 8,500만 원의 예산을 편성하여 추진할 계획이다.

조용익 부천시장은 “학교와 지역사회가 함께 협력하여 학생들이 자신의 꿈을 실현하고, 지역의 미래인재로 성장할 수 있도록 다양한 교육 지원사업을 적극 추진하겠다”며, “부천의 특색과 지역 교육자원을 활용한 부천형 미래교육 실현을 위해 부천교육지원청과 지속적으로 협력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Bucheon City announced on the 11th that it signed a sub-agreement with Bucheon Office of Education to promote the ‘2025 Bucheon Future Education Cooperation District’ ​​project.

According to Bucheon City, this sub-agreement was prepared based on the Future Education Cooperation District business agreement signed with Gyeonggi-do Office of Education in 2023 to sign a sub-agreement with Bucheon Office of Education every year to operate detailed projects of Bucheon Future Education Cooperation District.

Through the supplementary agreement, the three major goals were set: an educational community that grows together through the activation of educational autonomy, fostering global future talents based on regional characteristics, and an educational community that grows harmoniously through local community-linked education.

To this end, Bucheon City will invest a total budget of 7.394 billion won, including 4.556 billion won from the city budget, to promote 18 detailed projects, including ‘Bucheon Art Valley,’ ‘Customized Education for General High Schools,’ and ‘Our School with Color.’

Bucheon City plans to operate various career and academic programs, such as ‘Our Village Experience,’ utilizing local educational resources, and ‘1:1 Career and Academic Advancement Consulting,’ and ‘Career Fair,’ in conjunction with the school curriculum, centered around the Bucheon Future Education Center.

In addition, a budget of approximately 7.785 billion won will be allocated and promoted as an education budget project in 2025, including ‘Support for opening school facilities’, ‘Educational environment improvement project’, ‘Support for middle and high school student uniforms (daily clothes, gym clothes)’, and ‘Bucheon-Learn online education support’.

Bucheon Mayor Cho Yong-ik said, “We will actively promote various education support projects so that schools and local communities can cooperate to help students realize their dreams and grow into future talents of the region,” and “We will continue to cooperate with the Bucheon Office of Education to realize Bucheon-style future education that utilizes Bucheon’s characteristics and local educational resources.”
