(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 6일,  2025년도 부평구 통합공모사업 올인원(All-In-One)에 참여할 구민을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 통합공모사업 ‘올인원(All-In-One)’은 각 부서에서 추진하는 다양한 공모사업들을 통합해 구민이 목적에 맞는 사업에 참여하기 쉽도록 돕고자 마련됐다.

올해 통합공모사업은 자치행정과-마을공동체 만들기 공모사업, 평생교육과-우수학습프로그램 지원사업, 부평마을학교 지원사업, 여성가족과-양성평등가치실현, 부평구문화재단 문화도시센터-꽤 쓸모 있는 도시실험 등 총 5가지로 구성됐다.

참여 신청 기간은 오는 10일부터 14일까지이며, 3인 이상의 부평구민이라면 누구나 공모에 신청할 수 있다. (마을특화 등 일부사업은 10인 이상)

공모를 통해 선정된 사업들은 오는 3월부터 12월까지 10개월간 진행될 예정이다. 자세한 사항은 구청 누리집 고시·공고란에서 ‘통합공모’로 검색해 확인할 수 있다.

부평구는 신청서 양식, 회계지침, 제출서류 등을 일원화하며 구민들이 공모에 참여하기 용이하도록 했다.

앞서 부평구는 지난 3일 구청 대회의실에서 구민 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 통합공모사업 설명회를 개최했으며, 5개의 각 사업 담당자들이 사업 관련 질의응답 시간을 가졌다.

차준택 구청장은 설명회에서 “통합공모를 통해 주민 스스로 해결하는 주민자치 실현으로 이어질 것을 기대한다”며 “관심 있는 구민들의 적극적인 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

또한, 부평구가 6일, 도시농부를 희망하는 구민들에게 공영텃밭을 분양한다고 밝혔다.

공영텃밭은 갈월샘텃밭·부영텃밭·청천텃밭 3곳(총 567구획)이며, 분양 신청 기간은 오는 10일부터 14일까지다.

개인텃밭은 522세대가, 단체텃밭은 45개 단체가 참여할 수 있다.

신청 자격은 개인의 경우 부평구에 거주하는 세대주이며, 단체는 5가구 이상으로 구성된 부평구 소재 경로당, 사회복지시설, 자생단체, 직장공동체, 도시농업단체 등이다.

부평구 누리집을 통해 분양을 신청할 수 있으며, 구청 기후변화대응과에 방문해 신청하는 것도 가능하다.

부평구는 오는 21일 전산추첨을 거쳐 개인텃밭의 예비 선정자를 발표하며 참여 자격 등을 확인한 후 오는 3월 19일 최종선정자를 발표한다.

단체의 경우, 개인텃밭 분양과 일정은 동일하며 수요 초과 시 부평구 도시농업위원회의 심사 후 선정된다.

이와 관련, 신청자 중 취약계층에게는 텃밭 110구획이 우선 분양된다. 

올해는 지난해와 달리 취약계층의 범위에 다자녀 가구가 추가되며 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 한부모가족, 다문화가족, 70세이상 어르신이 세대주인 노인가족, 장애인가족, 다자녀 가구 등이 우선 분양 대상이 된다.

부평구는 오는 3월 22일 텃밭을 개장하며, 분양을 받은 이들은 11월 중순까지 약 8개월 동안 자유롭게 원하는 농작물을 재배하고 수확할 수 있다.

또, 단체텃밭에서 수확된 농작물과 나눔을 희망하는 참여자들의 수확물은 어려운 이웃 등과 나눌 수 있도록 할 계획이다.
