(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구 지역사회보장협의체가 오는 17일까지 간석3동을 시작으로 논현고잔동 권역까지 지역사회보장협의체의 역량 강화를 위한 권역별 순회 교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

남동구에 따르면, 교육은 지난 5월 개최된 ‘동 지역사회보장협의체 역량 강화교육’에 참석했던 지역사회보장협의체 위원들의 요청으로 기획됐으며, 강사는 지역사회보장협의체 공동위원장인 조대흥 성산종합복지관장이 직접 맡았다.

교육 내용은 지역사회보장협의체의 운영 배경, 동 지역사회보장협의체의 역할에 관한 내용으로 동 지역사회보장협의체의 역할 정립에 초점을 맞췄다.

또, 이번 교육에는 각 동의 공동위원장인 동장이 함께 참석해 교육의 효과를 높일 것으로 기대된다. 

한편, 동 지역사회보장대표협의체는 지역사회 보호 체계 구축·운영을 위해 각 동에 구성된 기구로, 현재 310명의 위원이 복지대상자 및 복지대상자 연계를 위한 자원 발굴 등 지역복지 증진을 위해 활동하고 있다.
