(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천본부세관이 23일 인천세관 본관에서 물류시스템사 9개사(㈜반석시스템, 양재아이티㈜, 웹투게더㈜, ㈜위즈랩, 유한테크노스㈜, ㈜카고클럽, 큐포스, 티투엘㈜, ㈜한국비즈넷 등 사용자 소프트웨어 개발사)와 수입화물 선하증권의 발행질서를 정상화시키기 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다,
 

인천세관에 따르면, 그동안 일부 화물운송주선업자(이하 ‘포워더’)들이 국내에서 임의로 발행한 수입화물의 선하증권을 각종 위법행위에 악용하는 사례가 빈번했으며, 이에 인천세관은 수입 선하증권 발행질서 확립을 위해 다양한 정책을 시행 중이다.

 
이와 관련해 인천본부세관은 작년 8월부터 국내 물류시스템사와 함께 ‘수입 선하증권 국내발행 확인시스템’ 구축을 추진했고, 올해 4월 1일부터 인천·평택·군산항으로 반입되는 수입화물에 대해 동 시스템을 적용하기로 했다.
  

이번 업무협약 체결에 따라, 인천본부세관은 물류시스템사와 함께 ‘수입 선하증권 국내발행 확인시스템’을 안정적으로 구축‧가동하고, 이를 포워더·관세사 등에 적극적으로 홍보해 국내발행 수입 선하증권이 통관업무에 사용되는 것을 방지할 예정이다.

김재일 인천본부세관장은 “수입 선하증권 발행질서 정상화를 위해 물류시스템사와 지속적으로 협력할 것이며, 이를 통해 공정 무역질서 확립에 최선을 다하겠다.” 고 밝혔다.
