(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 7일 도성훈 교육감이 지난 6일  2023년 초‧특수 신규임용(예정)교사 220여 명을 대상으로 진행된 직무연수에서 “ ‘학생성공시대’ 철학에 교육방향을 맞추자”고 강조했다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이날 도성훈 교육감은 “ ‘학생성공시대’의 철학과 의미를 명확히 이해하고, 교육의 방향을 그 철학에 맞추자”며 “교사로서 내가 준비하고 행하는 교육이 우리 교육청 비전에 맞춰져 있는지 성찰하며 교육활동에 임해주시기 바란다”고 말했다.

이어 “코로나 3년 교육결손을 회복하고, 한 아이도 포기하지 않는 결대로 교육을 실천하기 위한 신규교사들의 역할이 앞으로 중요함을 인식하고, 이번 연수에서 미래 역량을 함양하는 시간이 되기를 바란다”고 당부했다.

한편, 인천시교육청교육연수원은 오는 14일 까지 초‧특수 신규임용(예정)교사 직무연수를 ZOOM을 활용한 실시간 쌍방향연수와 콘텐츠활용연수, 집합연수 등 다양한 형태로 실시한다.

또, 인천에서 첫발을 내딛게 될 신규(임용)예정 교사들이 기본소양, 교수역량, 학생이해역량, 교직실무역량 등 다양한 역량을 함양할 수 있도록, 미래 인천 교육 방향과 모습을 담아 진행한다.
