(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 6일 도성훈 교육감이 최근 교육부가 발표한 교육자유특구, 유보통합, 늘봄학교 등 새로운 교육정책에 대해 선제적으로 준비할 것을 지시했다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 시교육청 주간공감회의에서 도성훈 교육감은 “각 정책들이 어떤 내용이고 또 어떤 장단점이 있는지 명확히 파악해서 분석해달라”며 “이 같은 정책이 인천시교육청의 교육정책과 어떤 방향으로 융합해 진행될 수 있는지 고민해야 한다”고 말했다.

또한, 도성훈 교육감이 6일 3월 개교 예정교의 시설공사 추진상황과 통학로 등 전반적인 개교 준비 상황을 점검하고자 검단신도시 내 서로꿈유치원, 아람초등학교, 가정지구 내 루원중학교를 방문했다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 신설 학교는 지난해 건설자재비 급등과 수급 불안, 폭설, 한파 등 기상이변으로 인해 공사 추진에 어려움이 있었으나, 현재까지 공사 일정에 맞춰 마무리 공사에 총력을 기울이고 있다.
