(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 3일 학교 주변 공사에 대한 2023년 교육환경평가 사후관리 계획을 수립하고 ‘건강권과 학습권보호 현장 대응팀’을 확대운영한다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면,  ‘건강권과 학습권 보호 현장 대응팀’은 현장조사의 대상을 집중관리(50M이내)에서 주의관리(50~100M이내) 대상으로 확대하고 각 교육지원청 및 관할 구청 유관부서 함께 합동 TF팀 현장조사를 실시한다.

현장조사 결과 초과되는 비산먼지, 소음 등이 학교 현장에 미치는 영향을 환경전문업체를 통해 정밀 점검해 실효성을 높일 계획이다.
 
한편, 학교 주변(200이내) 교육환경보호구역내에서 도시정비사업(재건축·재개발 등) 및 21층 이상, 연면적 10만제곱미터 이상의 대규모 건축행위 시 사업시행자는 교육환경 보호를 위한 교육환경평가서를 제출하고 교육감의 승인을 얻어야 한다.

아울러, 교육환경평가서는 학교 주변 공사장의 착공을 시점으로 교육청이 평가서의 승인내용 등 이행여부를 서면 및 현장조사 방법 등으로 교육환경의 피해를 점검한다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 결과보고회는 2022년 읽기·연산 유창성 프로젝트의 효과성 연구 결과를 일선 학교 교원과 공유함으로써 읽기·연산 유창성 교육에 대한 인식 제고와 실천 확산을 위해 마련 됐다.

프로젝트 효과성 연구를 위해 프로젝트에 참여한 학급과 일반학급을 각각 표집해 사전·사후 향상도를 비교 분석하고, 프로젝트에 참여한 교사를 대상으로 인식 조사를 실시했다.

읽기 유창성 효과성 검증을 위해 학생들이 1분 동안 소리내어 글을 읽도록 하고 바르게 읽은 어절 수와 잘못 읽은 어절수(오류율)를 측정했다.

바르게 읽은 어절수는 일반학급 학생들이 사전에 비해 사후에 평균 6.3어절 향상된 데에 비해 프로젝트에 참여한 학생들은 평균 9.6어절 향상됐다.
