(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천창조경제혁신센터가 지난 1일 센터 투자기업 ㈜인터랙트가  키르기스스탄 비슈케크에 XR 소방훈련 센터 건립을 성공적으로 마무리했다고  밝혔다.

센터에 따르면, 인터랙트는 지난 8월 키르기스스탄 비상사태부 및 한국국제협력단(KOICA) 키르기스스탄 사무소와 XR 소방훈련 시스템 공급 MOU를 체결한 바 있다.

이번에 설립된 XR 소방훈련 센터는 키르기스스탄형 XR 소방훈련 시스템을 활용하기 위한 것으로서 KOICA의 혁신적기술지원사업(CTS)의 지원을 받았다.

 
앞으로 키르기스스탄 비상사태부는 XR 훈련 시스템 및 시설을 활용해 키르기스스탄 자체 소방관의 상황대응 능력을 향상시키기 위한 커리큘럼을 정식 운영할 계획이며 인터랙트는 이를 위해 커리큘럼 운영을 위한 노하우와 운영 과정 등을 전수하게 된다.

 
지난 1월 31일 XR 소방훈련 센터 개소식에는 아지케예프 보벡(Azhikeev Boobek) 키르기스스탄 비상사태부 장관이 키르기스스탄 정부를 대표해 참석했으며, 이종수 KOICA 키르기스스탄 사무소장이 KOICA를 대표해 참석했다.

개소식에서는 교육훈련의 안정적 운영을 위해 인터랙트, KOICA, 키르기스스탄 비상사태부 간 기술협약 체결을 진행했다.

권남혁 인터랙트 대표는 “약 1년간의 준비 기간을 거쳐 우수한 대한민국 기술을 활용한 XR 소방훈련 시스템을 키르기스스탄에 도입하게 되어 기쁘다.”며 “XR 훈련 시스템 공급을 통해 키르기스스탄 소방관의 복합재난 대응능력 향상이 기대된다.”고 말했다.

이어 이후 XR 소방훈련 시스템의 효과성 검증까지 진행할 계획이라며, “인터랙트의 XR 교육훈련 시스템은 베트남, 중국, 인도네시아, 일본에 수출까지 이루어져 앞으로 세계 일류의 XR 교육훈련 기업으로 거듭날 것이다.”고 밝혔다.

이종수 KOICA 키르기스스탄 사무소장은 “KOICA와 인터랙트, 그리고 키르기스스탄 비상사태부의 성공적인 파트너십을 기반으로, 1년이라는 짧은 기간에도 불구하고 XR 소방훈련센터를 개소하게 되어 기쁘다.”며 “향후 지속적이고 안정적인 소방역량강화 커리큘럼 운영을 위해, 개소 후 이어질 소방교관 및 현지 소방대원 훈련이 잘 마무리되기를 바란다.”고 말했다.
