(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 2일 오는 2월 11일 오후 2시 수주도서관에서 ‘2023 부천의 책 선포식·북 콘서트’ 행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이날 선포식 행사 1부에서는 부천의 책으로 선정된 3권의 도서(일반: 지구 끝의 온실 / 아동: 기소영의 친구들 / 만화: 엄마들)를 소개하고, 릴레이 첫 주자로 활동하는 시민들에게 이 도서들을 전달한다.

2부에서는 2023 부천의 책 아동 부문 선정도서 ‘기소영의 친구들’ 정은주 작가를 초청해 ‘슬픔을 배우고 연습하는 아이들’이라는 주제의 북 토크가 열린다. 아울러 책의 노래 서율밴드가 감미로운 목소리로 다양한 테마곡 공연을 선보인다.

온·오프라인 동시로 열리는 이번 행사는 부천시립도서관 유튜브 채널로도 참여가 가능하며 행사 진행 도중 부천의 책 독서퀴즈 정답자 상품권을 증정하는 등 다채로운 이벤트도 열린다.

2005년부터 시작해 올해로 16회째를 맞이한 ‘2023 부천의 책’은 시민과 함께 선정한 좋은 책을 이웃과 함께 읽고 토론하는 범시민 독서운동이다.

이번 선포식을 시작으로 약 300일간 독서릴레이, 독서토론회 등 책과 관련된 다양한 프로그램을 부천시 곳곳에서 만나볼 수 있다.
