(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 2일 구직자를 위한 ‘벼락 맞은 정장 무료대여 사업’을 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 벼락 맞은 정장 무료대여는 코로나19 등으로 취업이 어려운 여건임에도 매년 이용자가 꾸준히 증가해 지난해에는 1,700여 명에 이르렀으며 이는 전년도 이용자와 비교하면 35% 증가했다.
 

이 서비스를 이용한 1,700여 명 가운데 595명이 취업에 성공하여 사업 추진 이후 가장 높은 취업률을 달성했으며, 이용자 만족도도 99%에 이르는 등 의미 있는 성취를 걷었다.

만족도 조사 결과는 이용자가 대여 후 직접 작성하는 것으로 이용자별 데이터 분석을 통한 서비스 개선에 활용되고 있다.

이용자들의 호응에 힘입어 지난해 6월에는 면접 정장 대여 2호점을 추가 설치해 운영하고 있으며 대여 대상자도 기존 만 18~39세 사이 부천시 거주 구직자에서 취업을 준비하는 모든 시민으로 대폭 확대했다.

이에 부천시 구직자라면 누구든지 3박 4일간 구두와 넥타이, 액세서리를 포함한 면접 정장 세트를 무료로 대여할 수 있게 됐다.
