당시 이용창(국·서구2) 의원이 증인으로 출석한 고위 간부 A씨를 상대로 질문한 개인차량을 공사 협력업체에서 정비받았다는 의혹과 감사실 업무용 차량의 부정적 사용 등에 대한 답변이 공사 특별조사에서 거짓으로 밝혀졌다.
