(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 1일 자산형성지원사업의 일종인 ‘2023년 희망저축계좌(Ⅰ․Ⅱ)’ 신규 가입자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 오는 2월 13일까지 일하는 생계․의료급여 수급가구를 대상으로 희망저축계좌(Ⅰ) 신규 가입자를 모집하고,  22일까지는 일하는 주거․교육급여 수급가구 및 기타 차상위계층을 대상으로 희망저축계좌(Ⅱ) 신규가입자를 모집한다.

희망저축계좌(Ⅰ)는 가입자가 3년간 매월 10만원 이상 저축(최대 50만원)하면 근로소득장려금 30만원이 추가 적립되고 만기 해지 시 최대 1,440만원(본인적립금 360만원+근로소득장려금 1,080만원) 및 법정이자를 지원하는 사업이다.

의료급여 기준(4인 가구 기준 2,160,386원 이하) 적합 가구의 가구원 중 근로자(사업자)가 있다면 희망저축계좌(Ⅰ) 가입 대상이 될 수 있으며 희망저축계좌(Ⅰ) 만기 해지를 위해서는 근로․사업활동 지속, 3년간 본인적립금 적립, 탈수급(생계․의료급여) 조건을 모두 충족해야 한다.

희망저축계좌(Ⅱ)는 가입자가 3년간 매월 10만원 이상 저축(최대 50만원)을 하면 근로소득장려금 10만원이 추가 적립되고 만기 해지 시 최대 720만원(본인적립금 360만원+근로소득장려금 360만원) 및 법정이자를 지원하는 사업이다.

차상위 기준(4인 가구 기준 2,700,482원 이하) 적합 가구의 가구원 중 근로자(사업자)가 희망저축계좌(Ⅱ) 가입 대상이 될 수 있다.

희망저축계좌(Ⅱ) 만기 해지를 위해서는 근로․사업활동 지속, 3년간 본인적립금 적립, 자립역량교육 10시간 이수, 자금사용계획서 제출 조건을 모두 충족해야 한다.

희망 대상자는 관할 행정복지센터 및 주민지원센터에서 접수할 수 있으며 그 밖에 자세한 사항은 부천시 콜센터, 부천시 자산형성지원사업 담당자 또는 관할 행정복지센터 자산형성지원사업 담당자에게 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.

또한,  부천시가 1일 20년이 지난 노후 단독주택을 대상으로 집수리 보조금 지원사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 대상 지역은 재정비촉진지구 해제지구(소사, 원미, 고강) 및 쇠퇴지역(심곡동, 부천동, 중동, 신중동, 대산동, 소사본동, 성곡동, 오정동)이며 재정비 해제지구(소사지구), 활성화 지역(소사)에 속하는 범안동 주소도 지원 대상에 포함된다.

사용승인일이 20년 이상 지난 노후 단독주택이 지원 대상이며, 지붕·외벽·방수·담장·반지하 침수피해 예방시설 등 집수리 공사(경관개선)에 필요한 비용을 지원한다.
