(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 육군 특전사 귀성부대 멧돼지대대가 27일, 인천시 서구에 위치한 인천소방학교에서 ’23년 군ㆍ소방 합동 재난대응훈련을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

귀성부대에 따르면, 멧돼지대대는 평시 임무인 국가적 재해ㆍ재난 발생 시 국민의 생명과 재산을 반드시 지킨다는 각오로 훈련에 임하며 실전적인 재난대응 훈련을 통해서 장병들의 결전태세를 확립하고 현장 대응 능력을 끌어 올렸다.  
 

이날 훈련은 군ㆍ소방 통합으로 실시해 특전장병ㆍ인천소방학교 요원 등 50여 명의 인원이 참가한 가운데 인천소방학교 내 종합훈련타워를 상황 발생지점으로 설정해 건물 붕괴상황에 따른 1단계 재난신속대응부대 출동 및 초기 대응부터, 2단계 군ㆍ소방 합동상황조치(건물 붕괴상황 5개 과제), 3단계 전술적 장비운용 숙달 순으로 진행됐다.

본격적인 훈련은 실전처럼 인천 남동구 위치한 주둔지에서부터 상황을 접수해 신속히 재난신속대응부대가 출동하는 것부터 시작됐다.

현장에 도착한 부대는 소방 측과 상황을 공유하고, 해당 시설에 대한 안전성 평가를 실시한 후 70여 품목의 재난구조 전문장비를 휴대 및 활용해 건물과 맨홀, 차량 등에 고립된 인원을 신속히 구조하는 인명 탐색 및 구조작전을 펼쳤다.
 

특히, 이번 훈련에는 부대 재난관리 담당자들이 현장에서 재난장비ㆍ물자 관리 및 출동태세를 재점검했고 인천소방학교요원과 함께 훈련을 진행함으로 신속하고 안전한 재난대응 노하우(Know-how)를 서로 나눴다. 

귀성부대 멧돼지대대장 김의진 중령은 “평소부터 민ㆍ관ㆍ군ㆍ경 합동훈련을 통해 유지해 온 공조체계를 바탕으로 앞으로도 훈련 또 훈련하는 부대가 되겠다”며 “우리 대체불가 최정예 특전요원들은 어떠한 상황에서도 국가와 국민이 부여한 임무는 반드시 수행할 것이다”고 의지를 밝혔다.
