기념식, 축하공연, 체육행사 등이 다채롭게 펼쳐질 예정이다.

식전행사로 ‘다시 뛰는 부천’ 이미지에 걸맞은 치어리딩 공연과 밸리댄스 공연을 시작으로 10개 행정복지센터 선수단 입장식이 경기국제통상고 취타대 동아리 학생들의 연주를 선두로 거행된다.

선수단 입장식에 연이어 ‘제49주년 부천시민의 날’ 기념식이 열린다.

기념식은 제18회 자카르타-팔렘방 아시안게임 수영 국가대표인 서민석 선수의 시민헌장 낭독, 모범시민 표창 등으로 30여 분간 진행된다.

또한, 시민화합한마당 체육행사가 부천종합운동장에서 펼쳐진다.
