(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 학생 건강관리의 중요성을 강화하기 위한 학생건강증진센터 운영 종합계획을 수립했다.

학생건강증진센터 운영 종합계획은 ‘학생 건강 업 (Up), 행복 플러스(Happy+)’를 비전으로 학생 건강과 안전의 최적화를 위해 인천형 학생건강증진 모델 PES를 실천한다.

PES 모형은 P 정책연구 (Policy research), E 교육(Education), S 의료 지원(Support)을 주 내용으로 한다.

P는 학생 건강정책 연구로 코로나19 전․후 학생건강실태 조사 심층분석을 통해 학교급별에 맞는 학생 건강 문제를 도출, 건강정책 수립의 기초자료를 마련한다.

최근 5년간 인천광역시교육청에서 발생한 학생 감염병 정보를 분석해 불현듯 마주할 신종감염병에 촘촘하게 대응한다.

E는 평생 건강의 기초를 형성 할 자기건강관리능력을 기르기 위한 건강증진 교육 프로그램을 운영한다.

주 사업은 코로나19 경험하면서 늘어난 학생들의 비만, 약물오․남용 등을 관리하고, 구강건강, 시력보호, 환경성질환의 예방에 중점을 둔다.

학생들의 비만 예방 관리를 위해서는 보건+영양+운동 3인 전문가가 학교로 찾아가는 비만 예방 통합형 웰빙 프로그램을 운영한다.
